Edis Premier Hotel in Adana

I like the hotel,the service and the breakfast were good,only the lady on the reception not good she don't know just few words in English, bad treatment, we stayed 3night we paid 200 Ltd for a night ,when I told her we will stay for about a week she asked 270 for a night.really bad treatment👎 😑 👊

Stayed there twice and it is Dirty also rude uneducated staff with no training in hospitality.
most of the doors do not lock safely, the rooms are dirty, i found 2 empty bottles behind the curtain and i told them about it and they would not even send someone to trash the bottles , the phone,room service menu are so dirty. i broke my laptop's adaptor plug because the outlet was already stuffed with a pin. they refused to repair and offered that my plug will be ready late afternoon and they knew i am leaving at 9 am.
breakfast area is all but disappointment. unrefrigerated food with rancid taste.againt the staff like to serve hot tea in paper cups which bend withe heat.they will hand broom your table while you are still eating. noise of the room is there but manageable. will I come back to their black mold bathrooms ? no thanks and you too should think twice..

The worst hotel in Adana, dirty, noisy, unprofessional and unpolite personal.
Stay far away!!!
