I think it was a very beautiful hotel and the service was absolutely amazing. The valet service was very nice, he was there to greet us when we arrived and assisted with carrying my bags and parking in my car. Reception was incredibly responsive and did their best to address all of my needs. The reason for the rating is because despite everything else, the air conditioning barely worked and the handle on the door to my room was clearly on its way to coming off. Honestly, if this hotel would fix the air conditioning, and keep everything in good condition. It would be one of the nicer places I’ve stayed at in a very long time.
I would still stay here again. I would just make sure that the air conditioning in my room works.

Not the fanciest place, but not expensive at all and worth every penny. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Right next to the mall.

The hotel is simply gorgeous! Clean, large room, the bathroom has everything you need! The rooms are hot , heating is perfect . The breakfasts are gorgeous, on the roof in the restaurant! The only downside is that I invited my friends to celebrate a birthday without staying overnight, they were charged an extra fee for staying in the room!

We stayed in this hotel and after 2 nights needed to left. Hotel’s manager said that they return money for remaining nights. But after 2 months money is still not returned((( and breakfast is also really bad ( we payed additional money for coffee (((

We spent Four Days here. The Hotel Staff are very friendly and helpful. A good Breakfast is served on the Roof Terrace, but sadly don't expect spectacular views. Our room we felt was a little on the small side for two people so my advice is to book a larger room.

It's neat and clean, beds are comfortable, good breakfast. Stuffs are friendly, can speak English. Location is great, with the Mersin Forum. You can find all Turkish brand & good restaurants there. Overall it was a good stay.

It is well decorated clean,well designed 5 star hotel standard hotel.
The price range for a room between 140Tl upto 180TL.
I didn't go for meal option so no idea what the food was like there.
It'd be definitely a nice stay with a good sleep if you go for it unless the noisy AC doesn't intervein.
