Very friendly and helpful staff
Fantastic staff - very helpful. Great location within the walking distance to the private beaches and the old town. Supermarkets are nearby. All clean and tidy.

We had a great time in Ramona kale, thanks to esmael, who was very friendly. The location is amazing near beach park and night life activities. It’s close to the taxi service and has a free parking space . The rooms were clean , but they only clean every two days .

Good property to stay but service is very poor ,we were travelling with family including two kids not provided blankets in -2 degree temperatures after long arguments from staff we were provided blankets at 11.45 pm to sleep. Most of staff cant speak in English which is must in this industry

Very congested place, But good breakfast. WIFI not effective. But location is good. Bathroom was very tiny and wifi was not at all accessible. Even AC was very weak. Check in and out was very easy. Can be better.

There is no cleaning. The rooms are old and smell like sewage. Your window opens into a garbage dump. I could only stay for 1 hour and ran away without looking back. The room had nothing to do with the photos on the website where I paid. I don't think I'll even pass by it again.

Wonderful stay, great hospitality. beautiful and spacious rooms with a large balcony overlooking the active downtown life. Close to a garden overlooking the sea and great nearby restaurants and old town style shops within walking distance.

Good price/quality! However staff and owner are the best! Very sweet, attentive and friendly! We stayed there for 4 days from March 11 - 15, 2022. Will definitely come back!
