Estera Hotel & Spa in Antalya

Absolutely awful. Various members of the family were bitten by mites due to unhygienic rooms, and therefore diagnosed with Scabies. I have pictures as proof and the owner of this place is absolutely rude. No apology from the owner and a refusal to provide a satisfactory refund. The whole hotel was a disaster and I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone. Luckily, I am a clinician and was able to diagnose and treat my family, but for any other family, this would have been a hefty medical bill. We booked 3 rooms, for 7 nights, and after this occurred and multiple family members across multiple rooms were bitten, the arrogant owner stingily offered 2 days refund of a single room only! He didn't even apologize to us or speak to us, and his reasoning was that they did what they can to fix the room, without even acknowledging the effects on the people bitten and their holiday being ruined by scabies. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL if you want a good holiday with a hygienic hotel. I am going through a complaints process with *********** and I will be sure to publish my review across multiple websites and platforms, with pictures as proof. As a NHS clinician, I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place and you are free to contact me for further proof or information about my experience. Location, food, activities can all be fixed, but you do not want family members to suffer with such conditions like scabies, as any heat exposure, or water exposure will cause them to have persistent symptoms, leading them to stay indoors and have their holiday ruined. PLEASE AVOID.

Room stinks. No chair. Have to sit on the toilet to use the laptop.
No light to see how to make a cup of coffee.
The beds were good. No easy way to get the suitcase
Up the ramp to get into a small elevator that can carry one person and suitcase at a time.
