Nice hotel

This the second time we stay at this hotel. The staff is fantastic. Always friendly and ready to help. But if you’re looking for a quiet stay this is not the place for you. The windows are quite thin and it is if you are on the street. But on the other hand you don’t need a car here everything is walking distance.

We came from UK. Rooms are not cleaned properly, shower head is leacking all over . Shapmpoo, shower gel and soap is so terrible and aswell was just for one. Breakfast terrible is not fresh and water bottless was refilled not a sealed, so noisy 24/7. Electricity it was off x2 for about 10 min. Air condition it was switching automaticly and very dusty. In one room fridge was working in another not, not enouth water , coffee , tea or sugar for 2 persons.. No tea spoons available. Wifi it was working on the phone but not on tv. We reported begining of the week but still wasnt fixed by the end of week. We where using own internet for watch youtube on tv . Good 2 things about this hotel is excelent location and beddings is clean .

We had booked the hotel with breakfast included, but unfortunately, we were faced with something resembling a battlefield ration. A plate with wilted lettuce and stale potatoes, along with a few small containers that felt more like an insult to the dignity of the person receiving the plate, accompanied by a single cup of tea. If you wish to have a second cup of tea or even a coffee, you’ll be met with a surprising bill. While the location of the hotel is excellent, the service and the so-called "breakfast included" offering are more of an insult than a benefit. Its my breakfast pictures :(((
