For the toilet issue, he first asked me to stay one night and promised to move me the next day, but I said it was a problem for me, so he agreed to give me another room, a family room this time. Everything looked fine until I checked the bathroom again, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the bidet had no water either. The shower and sink worked fine though. I went back to reception again, and this time another staff member came to check and was kind enough to immediately move me to a better room. That finally solved the problem, and I really appreciated his help.
One issue I faced throughout my stay was inconsistent water supply. Sometimes while washing my face or taking a shower, the water would just stop running. It would come back after a few minutes, but it’s definitely not ideal for a hotel.
Housekeeping, however, was good — the room was cleaned daily and kept tidy.
Since I changed three rooms, I can confidently say that every bathroom had a bit of a smell. I’m not sure where it came from, but it was noticeable. In the last (upgraded) room, they even had an Airwick installed to mask it. I’ve experienced a similar issue at another hotel in Antalya, so maybe it’s a local plumbing thing.
To the staff member who helped me move to the final room — thank you for your hospitality. You handled the situation very professionally. I just hope there are more people like you on the team.
Overall, I think the hotel has potential, but the older rooms definitely need maintenance — especially the bathrooms and water system. The final upgraded room was nice, but the original “superior” room I was given at check-in was nowhere near the standard shown in the pictures.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent — very central, with plenty of great food spots, cafes, and attractions all around. If you like being close to everything in Kaleici, this is definitely a convenient place to stay.
Delicious breakfast and cozy super clean rooms. Because it is close to residents and with a streets on the side of the rooms it can be noisy at night as passersby walk and talk loudly.
We chose not to have the breakfast which was additional and didn't inspire us
Breakfast included a lot types of cheese 🧀, and was delicious.
If you prefer sea vacation, I can't recommend this hotel, cause it’s really far from any beaches.
The rooms, however, felt a bit congested—the one we had was manageable, but my cousin’s room was so small that opening a trolley was only possible on the bed. The lighting was quite warm, and with limited ventilation, the room felt darker than expected.
We didn’t try the in-house food, so can’t comment on that, but the good part is that there are plenty of wonderful local cafés nearby to enjoy authentic Antalya cuisine. Overall, great for location and cultural vibes, but the rooms could definitely be more spacious and better lit.
Our room was on the smaller side, and we would have preferred a bigger bed, but thanks to the high ceilings, it felt quite spacious. The interior design really adds to the atmosphere — it feels like you’ve stepped into the Middle Ages. A couple of small suggestions for the hotel: it might be worth reviewing how the bathroom toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) are mounted, as the current setup wasn’t very convenient. Also, the safe in our room wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed, but there was no staff member available at the time who could help, and the issue was later forgotten — though to be fair, we didn’t follow up either. One other note — the hotel offers unlimited complimentary drinking water, which is a great bonus, but we weren’t informed about it at check-in and only discovered it ourselves later on. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. It’s a unique and relaxing place with a lot of charm.
location right in the old town. we walked to the port in 10-15 minutes. we arrived from the airport to Antrey, very convenient.
the pool was not working. the hotel is undergoing renovations during the day. very cold at night. heated the air with air conditioning.
could not figure out the tricky shower. could not turn on the hot water.
there were no scrambled eggs at breakfast, only boiled eggs. yoghurts too.
coffee is typically bad, but there are a lot of greens, vegetables and cheese. there are toasts, different cereals and jam.

The pool is small, not suitable for those who want to spend a day in the pool, but more for rest and relaxation. It's important to know that all the hotels in the old city are located between entertainment venues, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but we travel all day and come back tired, so it didn't disturb our sleep :)
