The rooms are in terrible condition: dirty bed linen, a persistent smell of mold and dampness, exposed wiring, which is actually dangerous, and a leaking ceiling. It seems that cleaning is simply not carried out here. There is no talk of comfort and safety at all.
The SPA and swimming pool, which are indicated as operating, do not function at all. The staff only shrugs their shoulders and says that "everything is under renovation", although there were no warnings about this when booking.
The hotel is openly misleading, creating a beautiful picture on the website, behind which lies complete chaos. If you do not want to ruin your vacation, avoid this place.
We could not stay even for the night, we changed the hotel immediately. We are now expecting a refund, but for some reason there are doubts that this will be possible.
not cleaned when we arrived, even the days after they had not cleaned for us, had to wait five hours to get a towel. the staff spent their time playing with their mobiles and danced tunes to help us.
The hotel is a complete disaster. The staff harass you and make you feel uncomfortable or unsafe. The hotel is dirty, the breakfast is disgusting and unhygienic. The pictures are old and do not reflect the hotel in any way. The hundreds of 1-star reviews reflect reality.
Food is terrible and insects flying all over it, the rooms are smelly and unclean, I literally found an underwear hanging on the shower door.
