Rooms are very small, and the walls are thin as paper. We could hear everything from next door. They woke us up at 2.30 am in the morning with loud talking and laughing that lasted for over 1 hour...you can also hear when someone is flushing the loo around your room. TV isn't working well, WiFi was weak.
The bathroom isn't clean, especially around the shower as it's covered with mould and limescale. Everything looks old and not well looked after. Walls, doors, etc. are dirty. Light switch just hanging off the wall, lights not having bulbs in them. They don't have secure car park. You're required to park on the street outside the hotel.
However it's close to the tram station and shops + restaurants.
I'd not recommend this place. Thank God we only stayed here for 1 night

This place is absolutely disgusting. We called them to ask if it’s a sanitary and they lied to us about how clean it is. There was hair on the bed, the toilets and bathroom were a nightmare, it probably wasn’t cleaned for the past few months. The walls were dirty, the bed mattress as well. Even the lift was filthy. The neighbourhood is horrible and probably dangerous especially if you aren’t used to driving in Turkey. They don’t have a real parking lot and your car isn’t in security because there are no cameras outside. Do not go there!

This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had... the room is small and toilet is super small old and disgusting... smells very bad and you can hear the water flush from other room and all other sounds.. we found a bug in the bed and other bugs in the toilet... we asked for another room but they said all are the same.

We checked out the next day while we booked three nights before coming as we found the room unuseable.

Very bad and poor condition rooms with smell. You will find broken doors, washroom and uncomfortable atmosphere. Most important is that the bed sheets and pillows were dirty with staines and with hairs of guests who already spent nights. The price was double against the price they shown on different sites. Strongly recommend not to stay specially when travelling with family and children.
