Possibly the word hotel I've ever stayed in! It STINKS of cat urine from the second you walk in. Paid for room with balcony but was refused a balcony room and told to go downstairs to smoke.. have a toddler and a buggy and there is no lift. Room was big. Management swapped us to a room with a balcony on the second day.. the room stinks of cat urine. The balcony is covered with cat poo & the roof level with the balcony has puddles of cat urine. Furniture on balcony looks infested! The breakfast if you can even call it that is not worth waking up for .. and the pool. Wow you'd definitely end up in hospital with a disease if you went in there.

A truly special, family-like hotel in a perfect location!
My stay at the Sava Hotel in Antalya was an amazing experience, and I'm so grateful to the staff for their incredibly warm welcome. They went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. They helped us save a lot of money by organizing our trip, offering a variety of tours, excursions, hamam sessions, and massages—there was so much to do!
This is a small, cozy hotel that feels like a family. The staff treats you like you're part of their own family, and it made our stay so much more personal and enjoyable.
The location is ideal. The hotel is only about 300 meters from the sea, where you can find a beautiful promenade with separate paths for jogging and cycling. Right across the street is a supermarket with everything you need at great prices. The area is also full of small restaurants with live music, low prices, and delicious, high-quality food.
I also appreciated the secure and reliable safe in the room—I've never seen one like it before. I was able to safely store all my documents and wallet, which gave me great peace of mind.
The breakfast was fantastic and so diverse. It felt like we were trying something new every morning. My wife particularly loved the swimming pool in the courtyard. While the sea is beautiful, she prefers a pool, and this one was perfect for both her and the kids.
When I return to Antalya, I will definitely stay at the Sava Hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were strands of hair on the floor and soap residue in the bathroom. The sheets were God knows who had used them; they were filthy. The staff were rude, a complete disappointment; we barely endured one night. Anyone with sense shouldn't go there; you'll waste your money and be humiliated.

Had booked a week's vacation to antalya and blindly booked at this hotel. every single minute was worth it at this hotel. The service the breakfast and the pool everything was fabulous for me. Enjoyed my stay here a lot. The beach was a 5 mins walk and everything was nearby. The only bad part was the loud music playing in the nearby pub. Rest all was perfect.

Please don’t book this hotel for a number of reasons: 1-Extremely loud music from a nearby hotel made it impossible to sleep. 2-Our room was on the 6th floor, and there was no lift — very inconvenient, especially with luggage. 3-The towels provided were old and worn out. 4-There was no blanket or comforter in the room, just a thin single sheet on the bed. 5-The breakfast was very poor — we couldn’t eat anything. 6-The bathroom had no shower gel, only shampoo. We were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

First let me start with the positives. The location was very good and there was a beach and lots of restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast had lots of options.
There were lots of negatives though. The room had only one light so it was extremely annoying and pretty gloomy. The owner didn’t do anything and was mostly lazing around on his phone on the couch. Even when we asked for a shampoo, he just didn’t look from his phone and said no.
When someone else helped us, the prices were very expensive so we had to book it ourselves and found out it was only half the price! The hotel also booked us a cab and the taxi man was very bad. He took us to a restaurant even though we said we wanted to go somewhere else, and in the restaurant the people began serving us food that we had not ordered, then asked us to pay for it and also pay for the food the taxi man ate.
We said not to pay for the taxi man but we were forced to pay for the free food. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Starting with the positives, the location is excellent— just a 5-minute walk to Konyaalti beach and surrounded by many restaurants, which is very convenient. The affordability of the hotel is also a big plus. The room had a good air conditioner, which made the stay comfortable.
However, there were a few issues during my stay.
Cleaning was generally okay, but we didn't receive cleaning service for one day because of staff shortages, which was disappointing. The room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator, which might be challenging for some guests.
The breakfast was good, but the staff could benefit from more training in customer interaction and hospitality. Additionally, the two one-seat sofas in the room had multiple holes, likely from cigarettes, and they looked quite worn out.

The hotel is cozy with a nice location.The stuff is lovely and kind.The room is clean with a comfortable bed.The beach is near the hotel and it is wonderful.There are many restaurants, clubs and Cafes around the hotel.We had a great time in konyaalti.

One of the most worst hotel I have ever stayed in Antalya ( konyaalti).
The manager (Mr Ilyas) was being rude with if we tried to call to the reception they did not answer and instead gave us excuses.
Then when we came across a problem of Washrooms wc water pipe was not working when we complained about it they gave lame excuses and after 2 days of our complain the hotel owner came and fixed the problem.
Overall this hotel is not recommended.
