Urcu Hotel in Antalya

My husband and I just came back from vacation and can't stop talking about how pleasant our experience in this hotel was. From the spacious and very clean rooms to the amazing staff, that welcomed us every day in such a kind and friendly way, that made us actually forget we are staying in a hotel. Everything was beyond our expectations, also given the very affordable and forgiving prices of the hotel.
The chef named Ali literally went above and beyond every day preparing a big variety of dishes for breakfast, including delicious baked bread and cake. He even kindly prepared us a breakfast, when we had to check out early.
Again we want to thank everybody sincerly for creating such an easy, welcoming and pleasant stay for us.

This hotel is located in an ideal location in the old town with everything accessible rooms are basic but dont let that stop you from staying here the staff and owner was always on hand should I need anything on day of check out I asked if I could keep my room on till I had to go to the airport and instantly said yes asked if this would be any extra and was told no this is totally free 😀 when I come back will definitely be staying here again

As always we select a hotel and then cross our fingers we have not made a big mistake. With the Urcu hotel we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Our experience was absolutely great. The hotel was everything we could have hoped for: large clean room, good breakfasts and especially, fantastic staff. The location is the best with everything close by whilst being just off the busy main streets. Everyone could not have been more friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Eren who sorted out a day tour for us and was always available to help, Handan for al the work she did, always with a smile, and Ibrahim for his kindness in taking us to the airport as we left. We would definitely fully recommend Urcu hotel to anyone.

Wonderful hotel is perfectly located in old town and walkable to many restaurants, parks, shopping, and attractions. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice pool area to relax! The breakfast was also nice with a good selection of food. Definitely recommended

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Pool and pool towels provided were good. Location in old town was excellent. Plenty of shops and places to eat and drink nearby.

This is my second time staying but not my last. Excellent check in, friendly staff, great city centre pool, lovely room, nice breakfast and location, location, location.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The service was warm and efficient, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious — fresh, varied, and satisfying. A special shoutout to Ali, who was incredibly helpful. On our last day, we had an early checkout and no time for breakfast, but Ali kindly prepared and packed a meal for us. Thank you, Ali! Would happily return for another stay.

Lovely staff! Location is amazing so close to everything this place has to offer! I love the breakfast it’s so yummy! The pool is a fabulous size never too busy unlike public pools so it’s easy to enjoy yourself. Staff are so helpful and answer all questions. The lady who works here is the sweetest too just a lovely smiling face to see. Room was nice and big. It was so clean and they offered to clean it when we left for the day! Just had to make sure to leave the key behind if you want them too. They offered affordable drinks downstairs which is very convenient for visitors. I am so so happy with my booking and visit here! Thank you to all the staff you have made my visit to Kaleici the best it could have ever been. I highly recommend this place for to everyone can’t wait to come back here one day.

We liked everything! Pros:
+ the location is great! We got there from the airport by tram, it takes 5-7 minutes from the stop to the hotel. It is very noisy in Kaleici in the evening, and the hotel is on a less busy street, it was quiet, we slept well.
+ the room was good, exactly the same as in the photo on the website, no surprises. Clean, spacious. The bed and bedding are excellent. The plumbing worked properly, the shower was in order, the hot water pressure was good.

+ the staff! We were greeted very warmly (the girl speaks Russian and English), our room was free, they checked us in 2 hours early without extra charges, when checking out for half a day they allowed us to leave our bags at the reception. Everyone was very smiling and friendly. Every morning they asked if cleaning was needed (we didn’t need it, they only took out the trash). Although we didn't need anything special, we had the impression that they would help with any question, very nice people
+ there is a small pool, it looked clean, but we didn't swim because of the weather
+ breakfasts: normal, there is plenty to choose from, eggs, pastries, snacks, vegetables, cheese and sausage
+ quiet, calm, the main attractions of the old city are nearby, an excellent transport hub, we easily got to distant places of interest by public transport

There is only one downside: it's cold) the problem was easily solved in the room, we just turned on the air conditioner for heating, but it was really cold in the bathroom. But there were very cold and windy nights, I think this problem doesn't exist in the season. I can't name any other downsides, a great small city hotel, it's a bit far from the beaches, but hotels in Kaleici are not booked for this type of vacation. We would be happy to come back again, everything was very good! ❤️
