No house keeping they just replace towels and give tissues , not everyday tho. I stayed for a week and had my towels replaced 3 times and got the tissues and coffee 2 times during the whole stay. No cleaning, no changing bed sheets, breakfast variety is very limited. The location is the only good thing

It could be a four-star hotel. The only problem is the parking space. Other things are quite reasonable, to the point where it could be declared a four-star hotel, of course, with a little more effort.

Great balcony view. Breakfast same everyday. Room not cleaned properly during stay. Bit far out of the centre. Tram service very good.

Great hotel, I stayed here whilst I had dental work so it was perfect for what I needed, bed was comfy, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Didn’t watch tv as no English channels Right near the sea with a restaurant and shop at the bottom of the road Didn’t go down for breakfast as I’d read there would be nothing for gummies to eat The restaurant down the road didn’t nothing for gummies either so I was glad I’d taken my own porridge pots and cup a soups

The location of the hotel is amazing, centrally located,20 minutes walk to the old town and mermeli beach.. However the rooms need a good refurbishment, the bathtub drainage valve was broken and the piece was glued back to it, and It didn't function, and the room lacked amenities such as shampoo and conditioner.. and the bedding was terrible ,a thin bed cover instead of a duvet when the Ac is just over the bed.. The reception staff were really amazing especially Sardar and the lady with the short hair.. And the breakfast Staff as well

It was a very nice hotel and everything was perfect however we were there for 8 days and the sheets were not changed once

Well appointed rooms, great value for money. The location is excellent - directly across the road and about 300 meters from a tram stop, which meant you could access and part of the region using public transport easily. Helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more at the price you pay.

I don't know why this hotel doesn't have 5 stars, because it's a really good place with a nice price, beautiful view and a really kind hostess (especially Serdar, and he can help you to find very delicious Turkish cuisine). They have a swimming pool and breakfast! Soooo I'm recommending this place
