Ataer Hotel in Antalya

+ The hotel is close to the sea: 5-10 mins by foot. I enjoyed the pool, there were not many other guests using it, as it was cold, but I liked it. The hotel's territory isn't very big, but it's cozy. 24/7 coffee and tea in the cafeteria is a good addition too! It's also close to the pool, which is quite convenient. A sok shop is 2-3 mins away so you could buy some snacks. The room was clean, the hotel provided 2 bottles of water every day and asked if cleaning was needed every day.
- We had terrible problems with our door lock: the card-key stopped working without any evident reason. The locks are tricky too: not easy to use. I asked to fix this, but the problem repeated every day. It lasted for the whole week until I pressed to change our room real hard through Ostrovok's support. Only then they acted and changed our room. IMHO, it's a very bad service when the hotel's personnel ignore recurring clients problems. There were some minor issues with the room too. The balcony's door lock was half-broken, some bulbs didn't work, no good main lamp in the bed zone, bad bathtub drain.

Rooms from 90s, small and smelly. Except the location everything is below average. Rooms needed a good renovation.

It is a clean hotel and deserve 3 stars. The breakfast is not that good. It is very limited but honestly I am satisfied in total. The price is really ok for a 3 stars hotel. Although It is not in the center but it is near the bus stop. The behavior of staff is quite ok. Most of them are polite. So in total, considering the price I can say it is ok.
