Ale Park Hotel in Antalya

Terrible place, avoid it if you don't want to ruin your holidays. I booked the most expensive deluxe room. And could not even spend a night there. The temperature in the room is equal to the temperature outside. AC doesn't help at all. No hot water. Shower is leaking, faucet is falling apart in your hands. Not enough plugs to charge your devices. But the worst part is it's manager - indifferent and ignorant.

Avoid this place, they will definitely ruin your vacation. Terrible staff and mean manager. Zero service.

They don't even know how to talk to their customer.
I asked for early check in and when i arrived the manager shouted on me and talked to me very disrespectfully.
They confirmed the early check in but when i arrived they told me that is not possible!!!
And asked me to pay for one more night to let me check in 2 hours earlier.
Anyway it was a very bad experience and i do not recommend it

This was one of the worst experiences i had in antalya hotels. I paid for their best room at maximum price even paid more for DAILY cleaning(i emphasise on the daily part because it was not done as i requested)the rooms hygiene condition was awful upon my entrance to the room after multiple times of telling them the jaccuzi was still not clean and i had to do it myself.the AC unit was broken but they didn't want to accept and told me to let it run for an hour or two and it will be ok . Three hours passed and after calling them four times they finally got a handyman to repair and it seems the engine was broken(how delightful).apart from this the towels put in the room were not clean and had yellow spots on them all over
The staff were not well mannered and were quite rude for every request and question
Although they claim to be 24/7 online on their whatsapp number it would take them ages to respond or at least read the messages
All in all awful experience
I do not suggest it to anyone

One of the worst hotels I have ever been and I’m sure it will be the worst in all my life.

The „3 star hotel“ is not a hotel it’s a HOSTEL. Whoever wants to enjoy vacation in a nice accommodation is wrong here.

We were staying in the basement with no window (that’s what we knew before). What we didn’t know before:

- rooms don’t get cleaned everyday
- the room smells like a public toilet from time to time due to the pipes
- it’s unbelievably noisy, you hear the outside and street as well as noises from
The pizza restaurant next to the hotel.

In addition to that I could hear every word / step from any guest/ staff in the hotel. The so called „public area“ close to the pool is mostly used by staff especially at night.

After few days and bad experiences here I checked the google reviews- most of 5 star reviews are odd, check yourself.

So I would not Recommend it.

Helpful and friendly staff but had basement room with no windows. Not cleaned. Noisy. Left early with no refund. Not great 🫤
