We had already paid for 5 nights in advance from Germany. However, when my wife and I arrived in the middle of the night, the hotel refused us entry. We were told that the prices had increased and that we would have to pay again. We weren't even allowed into the room we had already paid for for an hour. Furthermore, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. In the end, we were left standing on the street in the middle of the night. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. Absolutely not recommended!
Dirty hotel! The published pictures do not reflect reality. I really cannot recommend it to anyone. It could also have been a hotel for the hour.
Poor rooms and apartments - dirty, no ventilation, wires hanging out the lights exposed electric wiring, broken shower, bad plumbing, no daily room cleaning, tv does not work, holes in bedding, old torn mattresses, bed under a drawer/draw on the bed itself, door does not shut in bedroom as mattress and bed are infront of the door, ac in one of the rooms is old so not great, door locks and knobs are falling apart, building needs a lot of work, no lights on the stairs until half way up when the sensor starts to work (very dangerous).
VERY EXPENSIVE for no service and dirty old rooms and given poor rooms compared to the photos. . .our room is nothing like the photos - deception and lying. Disgusting rooms
All our money was taken before seeing the rooms . . .I would not have paid if I had seen the rooms first.
Given a "superior family room" without a flushing toilet and No lift in the old building but were moved as soon as we complained to a still bad room but better loo but see above everything needs work in the building.
Thin walls we can hear everything from the other rooms and understandably noisy families on holiday.
No kitchen in the apartment nor washing machine as booked.
Not "serviced" apartments
People are friendly and good location as a mosque/museum is 10 seconds away, stunning harbour is 4 minutes away, town centre is around the corner (30 seconds away) and buses and trams are very near
