Begonville Apart Hotel in Side

The worst experience ever!
I booked this hotel back in March for July and when we came(at 4 am) they said that the air conditioning in our room is broken so they need to break the walls and fix it.
Have in mind that I had a baby that had a very high fever and begged them for a room so baby can rest.
They took us to other hotel where the room was so dirty and stinky.
I begged the Manager at Begonville to transfer us to another hotel with the standards we paid for.
They transferred us to Papaya Apart Hotel.
It was a bigger nightmare.
Four people in one bed.
Just one room.
BUT THEN THE MANAGER FROM BEGONVILLE CAME AND BROUGHT A FAMILY WITH 3 KIDS AT 2 AM.
THE REASON HE BROUGHT THEM FROM BEGONVILLE TO PAPAYA WAS THAT THE ROOM THAT THEY BOOKED BACK IN MAY WAS ALL BOOKED.
Both, we and the Family N., are from Germany and traveled with LMX Touristik.
I WROTE THIS JUST BECAUSE I DON'T WANT ANYONE WITH OR WITHOUT KIDS TO SUFFER FROM SUCH A HORRIBLE PERSONS.
