Begonville Apart Hotel in Side

Room in the main building was smelly, dark and moldy. They promised me a better room which i never got. Had to change the hotel in the middle of my holiday.
Staff dont know what means a good customer service.
If you want a relaxing holiday, stay away from this place.

AC cost 70 euros extra. All week same towels and sheets! Also bed was wider than a sheet, sides of mattrass was showing. Staff didnt help with luggages, walked empty handed front of me at the steps.

I got a stinky room with very mould smell of cigarettes. My bed was stinking too. Although he said that one cannot smoke inside, people were smoking in the lobby. The sheets were very old and with holes. The price is okay but not a bargain! The staff ignored me a couple of times when I asked to change the room. I will not stay here again.

The worst experience ever!
I booked this hotel back in March for July and when we came(at 4 am) they said that the air conditioning in our room is broken so they need to break the walls and fix it.
Have in mind that I had a baby that had a very high fever and begged them for a room so baby can rest.
They took us to other hotel where the room was so dirty and stinky.
I begged the Manager at Begonville to transfer us to another hotel with the standards we paid for.
They transferred us to Papaya Apart Hotel.
It was a bigger nightmare.
Four people in one bed.
Just one room.
BUT THEN THE MANAGER FROM BEGONVILLE CAME AND BROUGHT A FAMILY WITH 3 KIDS AT 2 AM.
THE REASON HE BROUGHT THEM FROM BEGONVILLE TO PAPAYA WAS THAT THE ROOM THAT THEY BOOKED BACK IN MAY WAS ALL BOOKED.
Both, we and the Family N., are from Germany and traveled with LMX Touristik.
I WROTE THIS JUST BECAUSE I DON'T WANT ANYONE WITH OR WITHOUT KIDS TO SUFFER FROM SUCH A HORRIBLE PERSONS.
