The hotel has a very good location and it was easy to get around the city. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the stay. The room was decent, but the cleanliness and facilities were quite average and could be improved. Overall, it was a reasonable stay for the price and suitable for a short trip.

Great location with easy town exploration and public transit access. However, the room requires major upgrades. Multiple visible repairs looked messy, and the ceiling light was broken. The hotel is located in the old town, close to a shopping center and pedestrian streets. The only beach nearby was a paid one, and we had to shell out 800 lira per person. I didn't like the hotel itself – there were noisy groups, shouting, and the soundproofing was poor. Plus, there are no balconies, and the plates were chipped. The gym wasn't too bad though.

There are many bars outside the hotel that play music loudly at 3 am on weekends. The hair dryer cannot be used and can only be used for 30 seconds before automatically stopping working. It's very close to the old town, the facilities are intact, the service is acceptable, there are free parking spaces, and valet parking is also available. The first thing that impressed me the most was the staff at the reception. The service was excellent and the recommendations were very good. The hotel looked good and was very clean. The breakfast was varied. I would like to improve the blankets, they are thin. But everything else is of a very high standard, very good. If anyone comes to Altaya, I highly recommend it. It's really good.

A perfect hotel. Its location is fantastic for Konyaaltı, and the reception is very helpful. We paid extra for laundry, but they sent it back to us free of charge because the stain on my shirt didn't come out. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has a wide variety. I can say it's the best hotel I've stayed at in Antalya.

Had a weeks stay whilst having some dental treatment. Hotel was clean and accommodation was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and would definitely recommend.

What's particularly disappointing is that the staff seemed largely unmotivated and unfriendly – ​​only the two gentlemen at the reception and the cleaning staff were positive. The hotel itself is nice, clean, and very well decorated. The room with the jacuzzi is really great. The only downside I'd like to point out is that the rooms are very poorly soundproofed; you can hear the planes, the neighbors, and even the cleaning staff in the morning, which is a real shame. I was totally baffled by the some of the poor reviews left by previous guests. The hotel was amazing, large spacious room with two balconies, free water and coffee. The food was excellent for breakfast and evening meals The staff worked above and beyond. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

This hotel was clearly an upmarket establishment, but is now a sad shadow of its former self. It down at heel and shabby, which is highlighted by it's glittsy decor. Overall it's a good hotel, with big room, hot shower, tasty breakfast, helpful service, convenient location, reasonable prices. But also with some smell of cigarettes smoking around, with only one little trash bin, and without any electric kettle at all, though you can get free coffee or tea from the ground dining room at any time using the super slow elevator. OK for couple nights.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! It's right in the heart of the old town, just a short walk to the beach. There's a lively street full of bars downstairs, plus a taxi stand. The duty manager is a really nice guy; if you can speak a little English and tell him your destination, he'll give you a fair price. It's also super convenient for arranging airport transfers.

Overall, this was good value for money. Unfortunately, we couldn’t really take advantage of the proximity of the ocean as weather wasn’t great and it’s a bit far from Old Town Antalya but an easy tram ride.
