This is more like Air BnB type of property. Individual owners managing each unit. You need to taking care of your own trash. Property is surrounded by shopping center and bunch of market but don’t buy water or some other groceries at the convenient store. They charge you a lot. Also public transportation doesn’t follow schedules. So keep in mind :)

We had a lovely stay I was abit worried about some of the reviews... But the hotel was beautiful with little cafe gym and spa. The apartment hugh spec with air fryer toaster and all the condiments. The suite was spacious and clean with a view of the beautiful pool, and only 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach. The host was also very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it!

This hotel has a rule of no food or drink from outside allowed in. They have a very small expensive shop in the lobby.  Security men on the gate will want to inspect your bags and confiscate any food and drink - they are aggressive and want to fight you!! Hotel not recommended because of this.

WIFI can only connect to one device and cannot bring food into the hotel, not even fruits. The most unbearable thing is that only 2 bottles of water are provided on the first day, and they are not provided afterwards. It is ridiculous to ask to buy them at the hotel convenience store.

The hotell amenities and seaview room did not match the online adveetisement. There are nicer hotels closer to the sea for comparable price.

The hotel located in nice location, but they had few small problems. 1) they didn’t had disposable toothbrushes, that’s a big disappointment 4 star hotel. 2) they don’t give water everyday. 3) the rooms a bit small and a bit loud at night. 4) the menu they should add english to it, because it’s a bit annoying to translate all the time. This is good budget hotel near by airport and close to lots of dining options. Also beaches just 15 to 20 mints drive. Rooms and sitting area are in good condition but don't expect too much as its only 3 star hotel. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast also have variety of foods.

I read a lot of negative reviews, but after staying there, I can say rooms are clean and service is ok. It’s centrally located, busy place. Breakfast area is small and overcrowded. There’s no car parking but front dest staff help with parking for free. They take your key and park it for you somewhere, bring it back in 5mins for you when you need it. Good hotel for the economic pricing and clean rooms too. The staff was helpful and allowed us and early check in too! There are good food joints and departmental stores in the vicinity. Nice small hotel right on Konyaaltı Beach. The room was not exactly the same as in the pictures — the one with a Jacuzzi is only a corner room. We stayed in winter, so a small heater was provided, which worked well for us. I guess all of the rooms have got the seaview. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I have read different type of reviews but I can assure you this is a great hotel, everything is good and working. The Spa is very very great, the personel had treated me absolutely perfect offering drinks and making sure I was in need of nothing, everything was provided with a big smile and very friendly talk, I have nothing but positive things to say about her and the other personel.

Stayed here for dental surgery, best week ever. Rooms have lovely decor, comfy beds and smart TV. All staff were amazing especially Galip and Giwen. The room was good. We booked for three nights. The last night was a sea view room. The sea view room had a large balcony and the view was good. A very centrally located hotel in Konyaalti, there are restaurants and cafes nearby. Some of the rooms are a bit dated. But the price-performance ratio is quite good.
