Great place to relax and enjoy a holiday. Rooms always cleaned efficiently and the food is always good. 24 Hour bar means you can drink the night away whenever you wish!
The Animations team are all great and friendly and get people involved.
Kids club was also very good. The girls were all so lovely and you can tell they are experienced with kids :) my daughter loved the evening dancing and looked forward to it every night.
I LOVE all the cats around the hotel, it’s nice to see them all treated so well. Also, they give good cuddles.
Went with the family, two children both under three and the team at the hotel and the facilities were genuinely the best.
Room upgraded on arrival, treated like top levels guests! Food is incredible and I cannot rate this place highly enough.

Beach is wide enough - so you can enjoy great swimming.
Rooms are big enough. But cleaning at rooms and at main restaurant is something hotel should improve 😏
There is variety of food for any taste. Vegetables, meat, fish and wide assortment of fruits 🍉
Service is magnificent all around resort at beach, at hotel, at restaurant.
Entertainment and animation are also amazing. Live music few times a week. Special games and incredible kids festival really well prepared.

We travelled with our 2 year old. She has a fantastic time down at the kids club/ playroom and playground. These facilities and the staff (Hazel, Alina, Diana and Damla) were brilliant. The team cater for a range of ages and get everyone involved in group activities or support them playing alone or in smaller groups. Children can be left (although we stayed with our daughter throughout). At the end of most days, the team also lay on a Mini Disco to end the day. (My only criticism is how loud the music is, and think younger families would value and earlier start time)
Hotel is clean throughout and staff and very friendly and accommodating.
The Spa and quality of the treatments is very good.
Service was good, bar staff was excellent.
Food was good with wide range of variety however, half of our party ended up getting slight food poisoning after seafood night however this was towards the end so overall enjoyed a really good 6 days until then.
