Imeros Hotel in Beldibi

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The experience I had was vastly different from what was promised in the photos and descriptions. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an indifferent and surly receptionist. You ask questions, and they answer as if they're forced to. Is it really that hard to say "Welcome"?
The disappointment increased when we got to the room. The cleanliness was a complete disaster. The bed sheets were stained, there was hair in the bathroom, and the towels were gray, clearly old. The room was supposedly "non-smoking," but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I tried to open the window, but it was impossible because of the noise from outside. The insulation was zero.
The bathroom was another problem. The water in the shower was either ice cold or boiling hot; it was impossible to get the setting right. The shower head was broken, leaving everything soaked. The hot water kept cutting out. After a long journey, you want to take a shower, but they're really testing your patience.
The breakfast was a complete fiasco. There was very little variety, the products were stale and of poor quality. The cheese was dried out, the bread seemed like it was from the day before. The tea and coffee were undrinkable. The tables are dirty, the staff are either overwhelmed or indifferent. What's presented as a "buffet" absolutely shouldn't raise expectations. The general attitude of the staff was also very disturbing. You report a problem, they just say "we'll look into it" and brush you off, with no follow-up. It's as if they don't understand the concept of customer satisfaction. You pay for service, but you feel like a burden. And the owner, Memet, stares at customers' private parts all day long – a complete disgrace, and he's not even ashamed of his age.

The 3-star Imeros Hotel in Beldibi is just a short walk from the beach. It has approximately 60 rooms, spread across a main building and about 20 bungalows around the pool.

In September, the guests were predominantly Eastern European and Russian. There were very few German guests.

The lobby, reception, and the un-air-conditioned restaurant are located in the entrance area. The pool and bar are directly behind it.

The resort is small and unappealing; you feel uncomfortable and oppressive as soon as you arrive.

We stayed here for five nights as a couple, but cut our trip short after just one night and left early because this wasn't what we considered a vacation.

We had a bungalow by the pool, which was anything but habitable or comfortable.

Both the guests and the staff seemed as if they didn't want to be there. No one except the receptionist spoke English, the food was disappointing, and the whole all-inclusive concept was a bad joke.
... This was our first time here, and we quickly realized that the hotel is more of a stopover. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep, it might be okay, but even then, there are significantly better hotels in this price range. You can't really have a proper vacation here, so we wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel definitely has potential, but it's simply been run down over the years, which is a real shame.

We arrived on July 3 in the morning, they immediately offered breakfast, which includes chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and an egg. All. We were seated right away which is the only plus. But when they saw the bungalow, they immediately began to look for options to leave here. We lived for two days and moved to another hotel, Kemer Center, 5 *, since it is impossible to stay in a bungalow. Constant stuffiness, stale smell of dampness, the room consists of two beds and a toilet with a curtain, went to the toilet - the smell in the room costs another 2 hours. than during the war. They lived in a dungeon, in a basement. No food, fruits - only green watermelon, there are always no drinks, only tea and water, coffee is impossible to drink, there was no pure powder, cola, forfeits. I'm talking about alcohol. There were yuppie juices, impossible to drink. No animation from the word at all, there is nothing! There was no wine for two days. The sea is the worst in Turkey. The color is good everywhere, clean. But the hotel beach is 10 meters, huge cobblestones, it hurts to get in and out, it's annoying. If only to go to wild or central beaches. Towels are not provided, we have not even seen such cobblestones in Sochi. More than a soccer ball at times. Such pebbles are only in Beldibi and only in this hotel. We went to a wild beach towards Antalya. Could not eat at the hotel, went to restaurants. As a result, they left for Kemer for the remaining 12 days to live, because they wanted to return to Yekaterinburg and regretted the vacation. Thank god the other hotel was great. The hotel does not have lighting, in the evening you will not see it on the bus, you were guided by the trash can and neighboring hotels. Do not go with children! There is nothing for them. The reviews below are fake. The staff is greedy, but they seem to be doing something, trying, but it is impossible to be in the hotel. The last day was paid for, when we returned from another hotel, asked for food to go to the airport, a lunch box, promised to do it, in the end they forgot about us. If you want to spoil your holiday - welcome to Imeros! True 5 minutes to the sea, but you don't want to go there...
