Amazing kindergarten place and staff! Every day they had different activities and hands on projects, from cooking to crafting, mixing ingredients to make slime and soaps, face painting, amazing kids show with science projects and dancing, mascots and games. Little field trips around the resort and of course there were every day a big event at the amphitheater or green zone in the middle of the forest. The staff is lovely and very attentive. They gave attention to each child’s needs and made everyone feel comfortable. Would consider this resort for families that need some quiet time and especially for the kindergarten here.
However, apart from the kindergarten our room had old furniture and badly maintained, we found spider webs on the window corners (still there probably) and killed two spiders. The TV remote didn’t work, we had to call assistant for that, the upper floor was leaking on our ceiling and couldn’t sleep that night because of the noise it was fixed next day after we asked for it. The cover sheets were shorter than the actual quilt inside. In the bathroom there were no slippers or other simple bath utilities for personal care like we had in Nirvana Dolce Vita, only shampoos and toothbrushes. The beauty is that we paid extra for the Superior Room. The Nesscaffe 3 in 1 coffe bags were expired. My wife had an accident while going to the ground floor bathroom next to the main restaurant, where she slipped on someone’s vomit while holding the baby and was injured. There wasn’t anyone to clean the vomit and it was a dangerous situation. She had to throw away the dirty clothes from the vomit. The food was the same almost every meal for 7 days, it was a recycled the food as well, . There were two parts of the beach, one part had big rocks and you couldn’t walk over and take a swim because you could’ve get hurt and the other beach had sand but didn’t have enough sun beds so they were taken since in the early morning.
And the main reason for this review, before booking this hotel we asked if the aqua-park and the kids pool had heating water and the hotel confirmed it. It was also mentioned at the website. This was the main reason we booked this hotel. It’s hard to tell the kids on vacation that here is the pool, you can see it but you can play because it’s to cold. The water was cold in each pool. We asked the P-assistant to turn on the heating system but they replied that at aqua-park the heating system is not working but will be turned on at the other pools, specially the kids pool, but in 7 days the water was cold every day and no kid was able to play at the pool, even the indoor pool was cold. I asked for a second time to turn on the heating system and they reply that it is on.
I can continue more but it’s not worth it.
