A child pooped in the water slides pool and we warned the guard with the situation. Unfortunately, they almost did not take any action and we escalated it. They poured dry chlorine into the water after 45 minutes of the incident and they did not evacuate the pool while poring chlorine. It is a total mess. Dont swim in the pool, you can easily get infection.

We booked and paid for rooms at the Queens Park Resort. That didn't happen. We were told that the resort we paid for was "under booked" and we were being moved to this place. So, let's begin. The holiday was supposed to be "all inclusive". Apparently "all inclusive" does not include air conditioning at night. That's right, the air conditioning is only on from 12:00 afternoon to 10:00 p.m. Basically the hours you are not in your room. The small refridgerator in the room was warm. The fresh coffee at breakfast disappeared for two days. It took another two days to find the milk because the staff is completely useless. Apparently, the only words they know in any language is "not possible". The restaurants at the resort are ot included as well. If you want to try something other than the buffet, you have to pay 10 USD per person and you have to make a reservation that you have to cancel if your plans change. Because when you are on vacation you want to be on a rigid schedule. There is no courtesy shuttle to Kemer or Antalya. The taxi's fortunately are not expensive and the drivers are friendly enough and will show you some good places to eat and shop. The spa is not included as well and is quite expensive. For the amount of money we ended up paying, we could have stayed at a high end hotel in Istanbul. I will never do business with this company again.

This hotel doesn't even deserve a star. So disappointing that I will never recommend to anyone and will never come back. I came with my family with 4 kids 3 years old- 10, arrived in the middle of the night with them crying, the hotel management took advantage of that and charged us $60 per room for early check in, we had 4 rooms. I have been to many hotels, here and in other countries like Mexico, Domenican Republic, and always were given early check in. This is my 1st day here and already with no mood of enjoying it. They did not provide back any receipts of charging us $60 per room, nor stamped document of charging people for early check in.

i think time to change all umbrellas at the pools and at the beach, most of them not properly opened, some of them broken. Also need to replace all sun loungers. Ask different hotels. For example Litore Resort hotel Alanya's ones. Review comments .

We had a lovely stay at Dobedan World Pa lace (June 2025) — the grounds are beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is peaceful. However, we were both surprised and disappointed to see so many unsterilized cats on the hotel property. Even during our short stay, new kittens appeared. It’s hard to believe that such a long-standing hotel — operating for over 30 years — has not addressed this issue. Unsterilized cats often suffer and live short lives, while sterilized ones can live much longer and healthier. Studies consistently show that TNR (Trap–Neuter–Return) programs are humane and effective for animal welfare and population control. Many guests, especially families with children, were also concerned. We hope the hotel will consider cooperating with local animal groups or the municipality to create a proper care and sterilization program. Taking this step would reflect true responsibility — and make an already great hotel even better. P.S. Hotel responded with appreciation and general support, which we value, but we hope to see concrete actions soon.

We are just on our way home, we have really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept and clean. We upgraded our room to a swim up room with minimal effort and the room was beautiful and spacious for the three of us. The food was good I wouldn’t say out of this world but we managed to find something to eat at every meal. The entertainment was very good and was enjoyed very much every night. The staff are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. Spout out to the watersports guys and the spa staff that really made up feel welcome and taken care of. To the negatives: This hotel is very much catered to Russians with very little English spoken and communication could sometimes be difficult but we got there. No la a crate meals offered during stay which is a norm with every hotel I have stayed at previously. Also the fire alarm was going off a lot especially at 6am.

Rooms require renovation, but the condition is still satisfactory. All other signs: food, entertainment, and location are excellent. Swimming pools clean and tidy. Family 4 of us, me, wife, and 2 kids 3 and 5 years old 1 week including flights, transportation, family double floor room with excellent view, 2 bathrooms 3500$ via touristic company. We just booked 1 week earlier. I'm sure it would cost much cheaper. Great place ❤️

For 1 time in Turkey, super. The room is small, but clean and air conditioned. The food is normal, the beer is weak, the wine is so-so. The pool is super, children's animation is fire, animator Elvira is smart, children are crazy from her) In general, relax, not work) I like it, I recommend it.

When we checked in, we got the room on the first floor ✓13 the room is clean and tidy. beds in room 2 (one double and one single) a bathroom with a shower and a balcony that could not be locked (after contacting the reception desk the second time they came to fix it, but unsuccessfully - because of this they had to use an additional service, namely a safe "$ 2 - day ") the air conditioner in the room works like a big fan - it makes only noise and drives the air, it cools very little. the system of electronic locks is a great thing when leaving the room, all the lighting in the room and all the power switches are turned off, and the refrigerator in the room is turned off - so coming from the beach there is no way to pamper yourself with cool drinks.
