I have never experienced such a bad hotel.
When we arrived there was no one to welcome us. But a little later a man came who did not speak any English. We tried to explain him that we had a reservation, but he did not understand anything. A little later he called another man who could speak some English. The rooms were neglected and dirty. Toilet paper had to be asked for several times, in the end we bought it ourselves in the local supermarked. Our stay was all-inclusive, but the food was so poor that we did not eat at the hotel, but found other places to eat. We wanted to get our money refunded and find another hotel, but that was not possible so we went away for a few days, to experience something else.
There was no WIFI included, you had to buy it separately. But you could not pay with credit card or Turkish Lira, but only cash with Euro - if you did not have Euro, you could not get WIFI.
Stay away from that hotel!

There were no lifts, the food was very bland and not to a good standard. If im paying for an all-inclusive and theres no traditional fast food places nearby, id at least expect the food they serve to be nice but it wasnt. our toilet seat was broken and we were not provided with duvets or even a kettle for the room. Also, the staff couldnt really speak english which caused a few communication issues. On a room service day, our room was not cleaned. There was only one iron in the entire hotel at the front desk. Our rooms had mini-fridges which smelled bad and didnt work, so we couldnt use it. However the rooms themselves were not bad.

In our 9 days the room was not cleaned or bed linen changed once. Every day there was old bread. There were 3 meals a day. Although the food was fresh, there was far too little choice. Apart from tea, water and lemonade there was no other kind of drink.

The propery was not all inclusive , no alcohol, no water, very limited food, pool empty, no sunbeds ,unpleasant atmosphere, wouldnt go back if you paid me £100 per day .. We dont normally take notice of reviews but wish we had this time . We didnt expect much for what we paid , but never again .

Not all inculsive at all no beer only wine food not as advertised times ect staff not helpful everything closed round hotel and not value for what u expected when paying plus return taxi did not collect us so had to py 50 euros to get to airport for home journey

I would say, that it was not a "Turkey concept" vacation. First of all, most of the room devices are damaged (air conditioner, tv, absence of the mini bar). The bathroom are small, it is difficult to fit in the shower cabin without touching the fungus that has grown on it. Free and private beach does not correspond to the declared, be ready to pay. Wi-fi is also paid, including at the reception, although it was stated that it is free. Food - it is another story. Every dish is consist of tomatos and paprika. Breakfast, dinner are alse include tomatos. Any fish and meat you will not see during the whole day. For example, on the dinner it is represented only the liver, if you are not a fan of it, you will be hungry, because you will not have another choice. On some lucky days you will have chicken and mutton. Cleaning was represented only the mopping the floor. During the week towel changing was not carried out. Be ready to have the water shoes, because huge large stones will meet you in the sea.

Excellent hotel in its category. Cleaning daily. The food is modest but delicious. Internet 10 dollars a week, catches throughout the territory and in the rooms. The speed is good. The staff is friendly. Near the hotel park, shops, cafes. It takes 40 minutes to drive from the airport to Antalya.

My experience with this motel claim to be a hotel it’s hit and mostly missed. If you do not speak Russian or any Eastern European this hotel definitely not for you.

When we arrive the front desk barely speaks English and you have to pay for your wifi.

The room’s super small and the bed it’s not comfortable at all. My back it’s hurt after my stay in this hotel. The housekeeper’s not consistent to clean the room. I have many days that they didn’t show up to clean my room and change the bedsheet.

Food and beverage it’s far away from a descent. Our stay includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They serve the food like prisoner style because of COVID. The chef it’s smoking in front of the kitchen and wasn’t wash his and serve the food right away to the guest. The worst part he’s rude and tells my grandma to hurry to pick the food. Talking about the beverages, they are so cheap that they serve the water in plastic shoot cups. So if you are thirsty you have to ask for 5 cups or more for it. The sodas it’s flats and the juice come from the stealth box.

The owner I believe his name is Murat it’s not hospitable enough. Never smile and not even friendly to a guest who literally spends their money for him.

My couple best experiences with this hotel are the front desk during the morning shift it’s so kind and friendly and the young kids who relentlessly working so hard cleaning and serving the food. We love Ismail and Barat. They work hard and I don’t think they got enough acknowledgment. Lastly, the beach is super close just 5 mins away.

Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel for the value that you spend. There are many hotels in Beldibi that willing to charge you around the same rate with better services and experience
