Great hotel with a great location in Konyaaltı area, where you can find almost everything you want. Although, some furniture in hotel/rooms would likely be in need of renovation soon.

We had a really good 4-night stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light during the day, and overall it felt comfortable for a short stay.
We stayed in a Deluxe Sea View Room overlooking Konyaltı Beach and the Mediterranean Sea, and the view was definitely the highlight. Having a balcony and being able to look out at the sea, with the mountains to the side, was a really nice part of the stay.
The hotel offers all-inclusive, and the breakfast and dinner we had were included, along with the minibar in the room. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying along Konyaltı Beach in Antalya.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff truly made the experience even better. A special shout-out to Emin at the reception he was incredibly nice, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness.
The animation team was amazing truly fun! The hotel staff in general were kind, friendly, hardworking, and always smiling. They take care of any request right away and make sure you’re well looked after. With so many activities and such outstanding service, this hotel truly stands out. Highly recommended ! I had a great experience at this hotel. I was lucky to have my room upgraded, not sure why, but we ended up with a room on the 9th floor and it was fantasic. Great balcony with amazing views, spacious, good facilities, comfortable furniture. Having seen the standard room I was supposed to have received, I would recommend getting a suite because it made the stay so much more comfortable. The facilities around the hotel are great, there is always food and drink and there is a good selection of food in the restaurant. The staff here are really hardworking, i never saw staff just standing around or chatting, they were constantly doing something like cleaning, stocking things up and helping guests which shows an amazing work ethic and dedication. The staff were really friendly, welcoming and they made my stay more enjoyable. I used the indoor pool which was nice and the hamam facilities were great, i would recommend taking your own exfoliating mitt and soap if you want to make the most of the hamam. The beach is less than a minute walk away so location is also fantastic. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel if you are looking for an all inclusive resort

Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. It often felt like we were overlooked, especially when requesting drinks. We asked multiple times at our table, but rarely received any unless we went to the bar ourselves. This happened consistently, particularly for us English-speaking guests.
Smoking Areas:
The non-smoking section is very small and doesn’t provide much relief, as smoke from the majority of guests drifts over constantly. It’s nearly impossible to enjoy fresh air, which really affects the comfort level.
Entertainment:
The shows were underwhelming and lacked engagement compared to other hotels or destinations. Information about the shows was posted only on a piece of paper in the elevator or hallway, which made it easy to miss updates. That said, Igho from the entertainment team stood out — he was friendly, helpful, and took time to explain what each show was about.
Food:
The food selection was inconsistent and poorly matched at times. For example, Asian dishes were served with Hispanic sauces, and Mexican food came with Asian sweet-and-sour sauce. The variety was there, but the flavors didn’t pair well.

The view from the balcony was beautiful — waking up to it each morning was a highlight. The cleaning staff were excellent: always prompt, polite, and kept the room spotless with a well-stocked mini fridge. However, the furniture and room decor could definitely use an update.
We requested a 4:00 AM wake-up call for an early flight but never received one. Additionally, no to-go breakfast was provided, even though other guests with early departures had received some.

The outdoor pools were very cold, and even the spa’s “heated” pool was still chilly. There are no hot tubs or jacuzzis, which was disappointing. The spa area itself is attractive and includes several complimentary features, though the paid treatments felt overpriced for the region.

The private beach is a nice touch and the shuttle service is convenient, though the beach chairs are quite worn and could be updated.
Private transfers to and from the hotel cost around $70, and a full-day private driver (to both Upper and Lower Düden Waterfalls, a library visit, and dinner transport) was about $250. We later discovered that online tours offer similar itineraries for around $50 per person, which would have been a better deal.

The hotel is nicely decorated; location is very convenient and the food very good in terms of quality and variety of options. I had a small complication with my booking due to my mistake; and the Reception desk (special thanks to Ali) was very helpful in solving the problem. I really apprecited the help.
