Good place. I liked that the service was very friendly. They helped me call and made a list of attractions. Very nice young man. I'm afraid I wrote his name wrong.

The rooms are quite clean and equipped.

Of the minuses. The rooms had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke. For non-smokers it can be a problem. It was also a bit noisy, music from a night club was heard from the street.

If you plan a trip to Isparta and looking for a short stay ad not need 5 plus star rıoom, the best and affordable hotel in the heart of city. Great and friendly staff. Especially Mahmut and Taner, if they are still around.

Tried to make a booking over the phone, using Turkish, and they hung up. Who hangs up on a customer? Unprofessional and unpleasant. Tried to call again but to no avail :((( Awful first impressions. Train your staff in manners and courtesy. Good luck to this hotel

Dirty place. In the room (cum on the walls next to the bed) and in general all walls needs to be cleaned + repainted. Bathroom was clean but there were some woman hairs on the floor and soap holder.
The red stairs on the ground floor were extremely dirty and dusty.
Good location at contained prices.

We came in September 2021 and stayed as a family for 1 night and we were very satisfied. Prices are reasonable. The 3-person room was beautifully designed for limited space. Not many people have mentioned it, but the toilet, bathroom, wet ceramic floors of the room are all brand new, they are all in immaculate house cleaning. I think this is one of the most important things. There is an elevator to go up to the floors. Thank you to Mr. Sukru. I would blindly recommend Altuğ Hotel to anyone who is looking for a safe and clean place for the family.
