Great location and good value. The family who run it are very kind and hospitable- they even packed us sandwiches and juice when we had to leave early morning for the airport. The breakfast is the stand out here- they serve a wide variety of fresh food. There is also a bar serving drinks and food in the evening, alongside a wide range of bars and restaurants nearby. The AC worked really well. One thing to note- there is not a pool on site. I believe the online pictures are of a pool you can access nearby, not of the actual hotel facilities. This was not a problem for us, as there is an excellent beach for swimming only a 5min walk away, but something to be aware of. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and were really impressed with the kindness of our hosts.

we loved it! small hotel in old town, super friendly owners, great turkish breakfast
be aware that there is a lot of nightlife in this part of town, so it will be a bit noisy in the evening, but that didn't bother us
would recommend to come back

We have not stayed here but regularly use the adjoining bar/coffee shop. Used mainly by locals and is just off the main street so is quiet even when busy. Staff very friendly and helpful. They do have a menu which is geared to drinking such as beer plates. This place keeps it simple but it works perfectly. If the hotel is like the bar I am sure it is a nice hotel

We are staying at the hotel next door but have visited the bistro / bar twice and have to mention the guys working there because the food has been outstandingly good especially for the price . A variety of tacos and home made fettuccine with various sauces have been tried already and are really tasty with a decent house red and no doubt the burgers will be the same high quality which we hope to try soon . The staff are very friendly too ! Great find ….

Perfect location in the heart of an old city.
Close to the park, private beach and restaurants, yet room is quite.
Rooms are after renovation, clean.
Owner is super friendly.
Delicious Turkish breakfast included.

We loved the cleanliness, location, and their breakfast being freshly prepared. As it is managed by a family hence they were very helpful, they have 2 lovely dogs and our son was really fond of them. We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Patio

I will only stay in this hotel , and recommend it all my friends and family , the people who own the hotel are the most generous and kindest people i have met in all turkey , the hotel is a hidden gem , with an amazing location close to all the nightlife and the beach only 2 minutes walk but you don't hear any outside noise , so you can sleep easily .
The breakfast is amazing its like you are in your own home .
My wife and i had the burger and trust me the food os the best
All in all i love this place and this family hope to see them all again !

The property was located at the centre of old town hence very nearby to restaurants and sightseeing. The rooms were nicely made with attention to detail. The breakfast was scrumptious. It is a family run hotel and they treat everyone as their own family. Really warm people and hospitality was top notch. Burek, Ozgul and her husband as well as 2 cute lil dogs Lucky and Snoopy made our stay worthwhile.

Awesome little hotel. Comfy room. Really great location. Friendly (and cute) host. Great breakfast. Super cute doggies. All for an amazing price! No problems as a solo female traveler with no Turkish. I'd stay again!

We came in a group of 4 and all of us were so touched by the kindness shown by the family. Our stay felt like home. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. The patio is so lovely to chill at anytime. We enjoyed the space in the evenings and it was a beautiful experience for the group. We are overwhelmed by the hospitality and the love we experienced here! Highly recommend :)
