Instead of the promised sea view, we were given a room overlooking a wall and a dusty roof. No one at the front desk apologized; instead, they suggested we 'go outside and look at the sea from there, or vacate the room.' To top it all off, there were renovation works in the adjacent building during the daytime throughout our entire stay in Antalya.
The cleanliness was terrible: walking barefoot on the floor was impossible, and our slippers turned dark gray in just 5 days. There were cobwebs and spiders on the walls, and it seemed the toilet and sink were cleaned once in a blue moon.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel: the promised comfort and beauty do not match reality.

This is my 7th time staying at this hotel in Antalya. The service, cleanliness, and breakfast are all top-notch. However, it's important to know that the hotel is located in the Old Town, so loud music from nearby bars can be heard at night.

Right above the Roman harbor, it's convenient to get anywhere! The hotel is in the old town, and surprisingly, it has many rooms. Breakfast is filling, though Turkish breakfasts are pretty much all the same.

Very narrow lanes leading to hotel so drivers must be mindful. Breakfast is good. Rooms are aged and beds for both double and single all sunk in the middle. Time for refurbishing

The hotel's location is very convenient, with the harbor just a short walk from the entrance. The breakfast spread was also quite rich. The only things that could be improved are the limited in-room amenities – there were no toothbrushes or combs – and the room size. The basic room type is really only suitable for one person.

Excellent location, room condition, and service. The room was quiet, even with music playing outside, which is great considering the location. There was always hot water in the room.
The pool on site was significantly colder than the sea, so in that regard, it didn't meet my expectations, but it didn't detract from the experience.

Hello! The hotel and staff are wonderful. The excellent location and pleasant atmosphere give this place a sense of peace and tranquility! Breakfast in the restaurant of the same name is varied and delicious: soup, main course, greens, and sweets. The coffee, both brewed and from the coffee machine, is delicious. I love the hotel grounds: there's a gym, pool, sun loungers, and a bar. I definitely recommend it to everyone! I'll definitely be booking rooms at this hotel again when I return! My room number is 128. Thank you!

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Puding Hotels! To our delight, they generously upgraded us to a stunning sea view room for our wedding — a truly magical touch that made our special day even more memorable. The fruit basket waiting for us was a lovely surprise, and every aspect of the service was beyond amazing. The staff’s warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel so valued. The hotel’s location is breathtaking, offering some of the most outstanding views we’ve ever experienced. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The room was vintage. Some of the stuff in the room is a bit old like the fridge and the jacuzzi shower pod. No breakfast buffet. Quiet at night, the bed was quite comfortable. I looked at their business card, at the reception “Dimitri Vasiliev, General Manager” That didn’t sound like a Turkish name, I asked, “Is he Russian” “Yes” “but he’s Jewish, right?” I asked. “Yes”. So if you’d like to support local Jewish businesses, this is the right place to stay.

Oh, my God, I really want to give a bad review to this hotel. It's so noisy at night. It's not soundproof. It's not quiet outside until three o'clock in the morning. It's on the roadside. There is a hard and thin blanket on the bed. The smell of wood in the room is so strong. People who don't sleep well should not live in this room

Excellent boutique hotel. Service was impeccable and the breakfast spread was well done. The only challenge for us was that the AC was off ahead of our arrival in our room. This meant that it took 24 hours before it got comfortably cool enough in the room for us to sleep. Additionally the internet TV was not connected to the internet so we could not access content. These small details do not detract from an otherwise excellent stay.

It was a quiet and peaceful holiday in the old city of Antalya, close to entertainment centers. A concept that was not crowded was considered for breakfast by the pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was great in terms of price-performance evaluation.

A particularly charming boutique hotel located in the old city of Antalya. We were 4 people and stayed in the Ottoman room; An extremely luxurious room, 90 meters including 2 bedrooms, a living room, an extremely large bathroom with two sinks and a huge jacuzzi. The breakfast is excellent and full of good things. The staff is professional, welcoming, helpful and extremely kind. Always taking care of the well-being of the guests!!! The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant and it is located in an excellent location; Only 15 minutes from the marina and within walking distance of all shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. An excellent hotel, and an attractive price - I highly recommend it!!!
The pool is small, not suitable for those who want to spend a day in the pool, but more for rest and relaxation. It's important to know that all the hotels in the old city are located between entertainment venues, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but we travel all day and come back tired, so it didn't disturb our sleep :)

The rooms are clean and spacious. The Staff are attentive and because it is a small hotel they really make you feel welcome. Lovely to stay in the Old Town. Great area to walk around in. The old bazaar is within a 5 minute walk and the main shopping areas within 10 to 15 minutes walk. There are a lot of historical sites to see with the coast on your doorstep. I would 100% stay here again.

Location was perfect if you want a peaceful night of sleep in the old town and also want to be close to the sights you want to see in the day. We initially had a room close to the center of the town which is where the beer garden / pubs where. Convenient but was impossible to sleep. We moved to Eski Masal thankfully, the rooms are spacious, we took the Anatolian suite which is on the second floor. Feels like a cultural experience so no complaints about decor which is kept to a minimum in the room. Toilets were amazing, equipped with a modern shower with massage features and there’s also a huge jacuzzi. Only issue were the towels have a bad smell as perhaps the room has not been used in a while ? Minor problem as everything else is good. Breakfast was a good selection given the exclusivity of the hotel meant there would not be many guests (5 suites max?) at one point. Nice pool too. Receptionist was helpful as offered to cook scrambled eggs on the side as the buffet spread was mainly cold. Would recommend to anyone who isn’t looking for a crazy night out in Antalya and wants a peaceful evening uninterrupted by the loudness of the streets should you find yourself staying near pubs and restaurants which is an 80% chance.
