Finding the perfect place to stay is key to an amazing Kaş trip, and Hotel No:37 absolutely delivered.

​I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. Its location is simply perfect. Situated right in the heart of Kaş center, you're just a short, pleasant stroll away from everything. We easily walked to stunning beaches, incredible restaurants, and the lively local markets. The convenience of the location made exploring the town an absolute breeze.

​The rooms were clean and enough sized for a comfortable stay. While the hotel doesn't have an elevator, this is clearly stated upfront, so it came as no surprise. The friendly staff was more than happy to help with our luggage, and their attentiveness and helpfulness were a highlight of our stay. They were always ready with a smile and excellent local recommendations.

​But what truly made our experience unforgettable were two things: the Turkish breakfast spread and the terrace view. The breakfast was an absolute feast! A rich, flavorful array of cheeses, olives, fresh fruits, and warm pastries. And we got to enjoy it all from the hotel's stunning terrace, which offers a breathtaking, panoramic view of the turquoise waters and the harbor. It was the perfect way to start each day, soaking in the beauty of Kaş.

Arriving in Kas by kayak, we came to the hotel laden with dry bags, paddles and salty clothes. This didn’t prevent a warm welcome to a very comfortable hotel. Plenty of hot water to freshen up in the shower and a comfortable room to relax in. The hotel is close to the centre but avoids the noise of crowds and boats. The terrace is used for breakfast which is varied and plentiful. Tasty food to start the day. I would highly recommend choosing this hotel in Kas. The staff were all delightful.

Accomodation was clean and quiet. Breakfast was a set menu which was very nice.
Parking availability is not for the faint hearted as there is no parking, very challenging in finding parking in a very busy precinct with narrow streets.
Great Seaview from our room. The staff receptionist Was extremely helpful. By the way there are no lifts in the property so you will need to be somewhat energetic especially on upper floors.
Overall good experience.

Clean, safe and what a view from the terrace. Staff is always super helpful and location is the best- across the tiny road is the beach and a couple of minutes from city center and marina. That short walk is full of cafes, bars and restaurants- get to pick where you want to eat on the way:). This was my 2nd year and next will be 3rd at the same place.

Great location- beach with natural spring right in front of the hotel, very short walk to the heart of town and marina, very friendly staff who go out of their way to make you more comfortable, clean and SAFE! Solo female and it’s my 2nd year at this hotel and next yr will be 3rd :)

Nice view if you book the sea side. Walking distance to the harbor and city center. Parking is 5 minutes walking. Good breakfast. Unloading the car is tricky since it is a one lane road and there is nowhere to stop.

I especially liked this hotel for its breakfasts, they are truly unique. All the products were very fresh, a magnificent view of the sea and pleasant music. An indescribable holiday experience!
Also on the plus side - the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the location is good.
Of what can be improved - there is no kettle in the room, also we had an awkward situation with the administrator on the night shift, he could not answer questions at all and did not know basic things like the time of room delivery ...
