We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights was the friendly and adorable cat that made us feel right at home!

We stayed here during our 16-day Mediterranean trip, and it truly became the highlight of our entire journey.

First of all, the couple who runs the hotel are wonderful — incredibly hardworking, kind, and thoughtful. They keep everything spotless and welcoming. Every corner of the place is immaculate, and even the sheets are freshly ironed — to the delight of my very detail-oriented mother! They went above and beyond, offering us extra food, all of which was delicious and made with genuine care.

And the real magic is in the view. The sunset over the sea is absolutely breathtaking — one of those rare views that make you forget everything else. Guests (including us!) couldn’t resist spending hours on the balcony, soaking up the light and sea breeze. Some even came back early from their outings just to catch that golden hour glow.

The apartment itself is spacious, fully equipped, and perfectly maintained — with a full kitchen that has everything you might need. It feels like a home you never want to leave.

We loved every minute here and are already planning to return next year.
A peaceful, beautiful place run by wonderful people — Kaş at its best.

Amazing flat with sea view, it's modern, clean and quiet. There's a washing machine. The host is very helpful.

You need a car to go there cause it's a bit far away from city center (5 min by car but 30 min by foot). You can easily park in the street.

Over such a long experience of vacationing in Turkey, we managed to encounter such a host, about whom many have a negative attitude towards vacationing in this beautiful country. Having read positive reviews, we decided to choose this place and upon arrival were very surprised. We enter tired from the road and see how the place for the refrigerator is empty and here is a slight shock, to which we are reassured, the refrigerator is on the first floor in the common area. We begin to look further, there is no stove for cooking either. We walked through the rooms, everything is in a rather poor condition. The owner deliberately deleted the photos with the presence of a refrigerator and stove, although the description contains information about their presence. And we cook ourselves in Kas, bought food + need to cook food for the child and then such a surprise. We were offered deep frying in the common area)) when we started talking to the owner, he turned on the one who does not understand and began to ask in a circle "when did I write this information on the site? I do not work with trip.com". In general, as soon as there was a smell of a refund, the negativity immediately began. We wanted to pay for a day so that the hotel would not be idle and go further, but the owner's greed has no limits. It was not in his interests to negotiate. In order not to spoil the vacation, we had to rent another place to stay, trip.com confirmed that the information was provided, but in fact there were no amenities. At the same time, they cannot make a refund. After 2 days of correspondence with the support service, we managed to return 2/3 of the amount in trip.com bonuses. I definitely do not recommend staying with such a host, situations can be different, but from the solutions they will offer you only to go far and for a long time. In the first one we met with Tsky, it is especially surprising that in Kas, where the most friendly people

From the moment we arrived we knew we were staying in a special place. The owners were very warm and welcoming. They greeted us with Turkish coffee, Turkish delight and a bottle of wine. The room, which was exceptionally clean and very reasonably priced, offered all the amenities you will need for your stay. The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking!

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a stunning apartment in Kas, and I can't express how incredible the experience was! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for our trip. The apartment itself was new and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the sea! The balcony became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Highly recommended!

The unbeatable sea view will leave you with a deep impression of the blue of the Mediterranean Sea, and you can see the sunset over the sea. There are kitchen facilities for making simple meals. It is not far from the beach and Kas town, and it takes about ten minutes to walk. The return journey is uphill, so it is a little tiring. The hotel service is very good and the boss speaks fluent English.
