Quiet clean efficient liked it so much we returned for an extra night

Pros: Good location, a few minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The area is okay.
Incomprehensibly, there was no hot water, and when I checked out the next day, the front desk said there was an electrical problem. However, no one told me when I checked in, and no one asked me if there was no hot water... I can only say that the service was poor.

I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff is in this hotel. They were very welcoming and gone out of their way to find us a parking space. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quality. Overall we were very happy with our stay. I will be back. Thank you!

Nice clean property with lovely staff. Inside the hotel the sound carries so if people come in late after a few drinks it wakes you up and we unfortunately had a big group of uni students. Beds are very firm.

The location is convenient and quiet, the cleanliness is excellent, the room is spacious, and the front desk staff is attentive and patient. Breakfast has a wide variety of options, with fresh fruits and vegetables. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.
The front desk recommended Ege Restaurant, which was absolutely fantastic and delicious!

The location is excellent, only 300 meters away from the long-distance bus station, suitable for friends who travel by bus. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the bustling places on the seaside, which can be said to be a quiet place in the bustle. There is an elevator and the free breakfast is not bad. In terms of cost performance, there is almost nothing to fault. If I come to Kas next time, I will choose this hotel again! I really like the enlarged oil painting on the wall of his front desk!

Over our expectations 9-10/10 Rated
Central location for all locations by walking 2-3 min. But far from music loud and crowd. Service quality , breakfast was over our expactations. Open buffet breakfast is homemade and tasty. Rooms were clean and cleaned periodically. Receptionists supported us for city tours and replied all questions.
Rooms have small French balcony so you may have fresh air.
Room rates are at the standards and normal when you compare for around hotels. No need to stay at a hotel on the beach. With the difference of room rate you may choose every day another private beach.

Location of the hotel is wonderful. Staff is so happy and helpful. Strongly recommended. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast is really over the expectation. One of the best Price/performance hotel in Kas. It was my 3rd time in this hotel and every year it becomes better and better.

This hotel needs some love and small renovation. Also, applying a unique style will help a lot.

Huge thank to administrators for help and friendly communication.

Minuses:

1. No chair or armchair in the room, you can’t sit anywhere besides the bed
2. Just one socket on the wall to recharge your devices
3. Just 3 hangers in the wardrobe
4. Noisy at evening as the hotel stands on the street with cars and bikes going up from the marina
5. No entrance for the baby stroller, just stairs
6. Noisy AC
7. Noisy toilet after flushing
8. Small shower, not for big guys
9. Not comfortable bed and pillows
