DON'T STAY HERE! If you are a weary traveler or in need of more than 3 hours of sleep do not stay here. The hotel itself is nice. Rooms are clean with nice views, cool rooftop and breakfast provided, but all of that is eclipsed by a major noise issue. There is a massive outdoor disco that blasts music until 3AM throughout the week right next door. Staff really need to warn guests that this will be the case or at least provide earplugs in the rooms. We had our own, but the music was SO LOUD it didn't make a difference. It was like we were front-stage at a concert. I will say once we realized we weren't going to get any sleep we just stayed up listening to the blaring music, which was actually not terrible. Shout out to Lykke Li remixes. Still pissed though.

Excellent hotel and a great location. There are plenty of cafes and shops nearby, and the city center is just two minutes away, all on a quiet and beautiful street. Near the hotel is a small bay and a beach suitable for swimming. The spacious room overlooks the sea, is clean and cozy, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfasts are served on the terrace.

The location is very convenient, a couple of minutes' walk and you're in the center of Kas. I stayed for 5 nights, and the breakfast was delicious, with a view of the sea and the Greek island!
I'm very grateful that they quickly resolved a problem I had upon check-in: it turned out my reservation on *********** hadn't been cancelled, and I'd already paid for it here. So, I had two rooms listed. 🙈 But they immediately offered me a solution: I could cancel the reservation free of charge with the hotel's approval! I was relieved; it was very nice that they were accommodating and resolved everything right away!
The bus station is a 10-minute walk away, a brisk walk away, and it was convenient to take buses to Kaputas Beach, Fethiye, and Antalya.

This pension is very nice and owners been very friendly and helpfull. This pension is up to 10 minutes walk to marina and to the main street with all restaurants and shops. We stayed in twin room on 1st floor with sea view and it was big enough for 2 people. There is also fridge, kettle, TV and air condition in the room. Breakfast is served on rooftop terrace with beautifull sea view. There is plenty meat, cheese or vegetarian food options and also freshly baked pastry offered every day. Breakfast is served as buffet. We are definitely comming back next year to this pension.

An excellent hotel, not located too far uphill, making walking to and from the center very comfortable.
The view from the room and the terrace, where breakfast is served, is simply stunning. The breakfast is delicious and more than adequate.
The terrace is available for use at any time.
The owners are friendly and helped with currency exchange and parking near the hotel, which is difficult in Kas.
I highly recommend this hotel; you won't regret it. 😉

It's a lovely hostel with an interesting, authantic design. The location was quite good, and the view from terrace was just astonishing. I liked the hygiene and cleanless as well. The only problems were the absence of toilet paper and slippers.

Bad : not clean, noisy, toilet smell

I stayed there 4nights and they never cleaned and changed towels. Location is quite good but it is super noisy since there are many bars near by.
