1st of all owner fluently speaks English and German
2ndly he is very friendly and always available if you have any questions
3rd - he is brewing amazing coffee!
My room was big enough, photos was absolutely same as i found it on booking.
It was clean inside and i found enough staff for leaving (like forks, knife, pan, etc)
Also the street is quite, you will not hear annoing disco music, or smth like that, at the same time it is abou 5-7 minutes by foot to the sea.
If you are traveling by car you'll find alot free parking space around there apartment

That days when was rainy and cloudy we didn't have hot water because of lack of the sun for sunbattery. Cleaning was not every day and even not every other day. We had to ask to clean, to take the waste from trashbasket and to change towels. Beach is situated about 15-20 minutes by walk.
Price of staying is not expensive. Money fits to conditions. That's why only 3 points.
