Uğur Beach Hotel in Kemer

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub. The rooms are clean and the staff everywhere is incredible. Especially our assistant Ebru Tazefidan made our stay even more special. She made it feel like we were staying at a family home, really warm and cozy. Overall a 1000 out of ten.

It was another amazing and unforgettable holiday in Maxx Royal Kemer. Wonderful service and staff. Rooms, restaurants, pools and other points were as usually perfectly good. Very special thanks to the General Manager of the Hotel to Mr. Senol for his great hospitality. We’d love to thank to another amazing person to our Assistant Mr. Jackelin who’s been our assistant for many years in all our stays in Maxx Royal Hotels. He definitely knows all our needs and is very helpful and friendly. Thanks to the rest of the staff who made our holiday unforgettable. Looking forward to visiting the hotel next year.

We stayed several times at Maxx Royal Kemer. All the time everything was perfect. Amazing hotel, high level service, the privacy is kept around villas area, especially we liked animals walking around the hotel And special thanks we d like to say to our permanent assistant Kerem He works professionally and made our stay comfortable. I stayed at Maxx Royal Kemer with my mom and I want to say a big thank you to the amazing team. Special thanks to Amina — she really made our stay super comfortable, always caring and attentive. Ulker was also very kind and helpful. At Seavore Restaurant we met wonderful people: • Dmitry, Head Waiter – very pleasant and friendly. • Recep – a true gentleman with a great smile. • Muhamed Ali – very warm and caring. • Restaurant Manager Rasim Sari – always attentive and organized. And of course my biggest thanks to Cihan Ozdemir. He took my mom and me under his wing and made our holiday unforgettable. This hotel is not only about luxury, it’s about people who make you feel at home. We left with the warmest memories and will definitely come back.

We are having an unforgettable week at Maxx Royal Kemer, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel’s architecture is beautifully integrated into nature, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, especially those at the Main Pool — a special thank you to Orhan and Ali Can, who made our days even more enjoyable — as well as the wonderful team in the restaurants. Our room was spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. Evenings were a highlight thanks to the amazing shows, with the Russian ballet standing out as truly world-class entertainment. The food was absolutely delicious, with so much variety and quality that every meal felt special. This is a hotel that doesn’t leave any wishes unfulfilled. It was our second stay, and it certainly won’t be our last — we’re already looking forward to coming back again next year!

Great experience and high quality installations. Waitresses were polite and helpful without being annoying, kids club was perfect and opened till 2am - you can leave your kids there for the whole day. Food was delicious: all included and more. I have never eaten such tasty cherries and watermelons in my life. Also, you can enjoy amazing pastries and colócate fountains. Overall, highly recommend!

What can I say. This is our 2nd trip to the Maxx and it did not disappoint. There are so many superlatives. A few mentions, and sorry if I missed anyone out. Our assistants Amina and Ulker, always there if you needed anything or information. Also to Ali Mazam, your staff are a credit. Now to Cihan Özdemir, this man is everywhere, you would see him at 8am, and still there at midnight. He must do thousands of steps. Such a friendly greeting when you see him. Now at the Black Diamond bar we met Etham. Such a lively barman who always had a smile on his face. Made some great cocktails. Hopefully we will visit again. Thank you Maxx Royal.
