The hotel was really good. If you know what you want, you can't be dissatisfied. It's a quiet and relaxing hotel. There's no children's entertainment or evening activities. I wasn't looking for those when I went anyway. So, we had a wonderful holiday. The pools, aqua park, restaurant, and staff were all excellent. The only downside was the sea. It was incredibly rocky and wavy.

We went as two couples and stayed in the Deluxe Jacuzzi Suit’s. The room was clean the views were amazing and there is everything you could want. The restaurant was amazing. Food was delicious. Workers were friendly. Hotel was not full so it was quiet and peaceful and we were able to make use of the games room indoor pool a spa area. Prices are good compared to outside prices. Property is very beautiful. I booked an ocean view room but as they did not have one they upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Of course i paid extra but they gave me a good discount. Breakfast was very good. Pool,spa, turkish bath were awesome. The only concern is the property located on a steep hill and if you dont have a car or cant walk on slope, then it will be a challenge. I'm sorry to say but I expected more from this hotel. The halal hotel concept always implies a higher standard of cleanliness and service. Wouldn’t recommend to non Turkish visitors. Food was quite problematic in the options offered. Food was generally quite bad with many food options not having a label to state the food. Room service was abysmal and many staff members didn’t know English. Though the majority of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Very welcoming people from the start! The rooms are very nice and clean. The open buffet was big but the food was okay. However, the snack bar had very tasty food. The pools were clean and the workers made the experience there very fun. Also, there are shows for families which adds to the experience. We stayed here for seven days, and the experience was mixed. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned — only about two times during the whole stay — and we noticed stains on the sheets and towels, which isn’t what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Excellent hotel!!! The staff is very responsive, they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything is nearby, the sea is 2 minutes away. I would like to highlight the manager Burak, he solves any issue in no time. The center of Alanya is 20 minutes away by bus, there is a small market with strawberries and other little things nearby

We were very pleased with Binyer. It deserves 4 stars. It has a nice atmosphere inside. The staff is very attentive. Its beach is nicer compared to the places I've been to before. Only its own food is good for its price. The dessert variety could be a little more.
