Elite Luxury Suite & Spa in Alanya

Our experience at the hotel did not quite meet my expectations. I had high hopes for what was advertised as a five-star establishment, but I found the cleanliness surprisingly lacking. The bathroom had mould, and the mattress and blankets definitely needed attention. The dining experience also fell short. With our half-board plan, I expected a delightful breakfast, but the options were limited and, unfortunately, served cold. Dinner was even less satisfying, which came as quite a shock. I did express my concerns, but the response suggested that a half-board service during November wasn't typical, and they placed the blame on the agency through which I booked the trip. Despite this, I genuinely believed I had chosen a reputable hotel and was looking forward to a warm, welcoming stay. While this trip didn’t uphold my expectations.

The rooms are not soundproofed, the hygiene is poor, the staff is rude and unhelpful, and the meals are cold and lacking in variety. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel.

High on a hill! You have to be a mountain goat! Shuttle bus for some reason doesn't stop in the main street. Only going to the beach (?) ie. A grit- like sand with nothing as the Hotels that are either side are private bars, toilets, food, sunbeds, food etc. The staff at Elite are sullen and very unhelpful. The food a disgrace! Revamped from the previous night's Dinner is your following day's breakfast! A management - type chap who arrogantly sits by the pool making the loudest Zoom calls while you are trying to relax, read, snooze. Room cleaning a joke 🤣 I shared my room for a whole week with someone else's toenail clippings on the floor! Tissues left for days, wet through on the balcony! Transfer bus to and from the Airport either delayed or overcrowded with luggage dangerously stacked! Overall, Elite is presentation over substance and is absolutely not fit for purpose!

The location of the hotel is great — close to the beach and tourist attractions — but unfortunately, the rooms and service did not meet the expected standards. It was surprising to find that although a safe was provided in the room, guests are charged a daily fee to use it. To enforce this, the management had even removed the batteries from the safe, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom was not clean, and when taking a shower, the water overflowed and leaked into the living area. Despite reporting this to reception, no action was taken. The mattress had visible stains, and the kettle in the room was rusty and unclean, making it impossible to prepare tea or coffee safely. Service was equally disappointing. Staff appeared unwilling to accommodate even simple requests. When we asked for a glass and some ice, we were made to feel as though our request was unwelcome. Ice was given in a plastic bag, which is far below the standards one would expect from a so-called luxury spa hotel. After this experience, we chose not to request any further services, as it was clear we would only face resistance or excuses. Overall, while the location is excellent, the poor room conditions and lack of genuine hospitality made our stay very unsatisfactory.

Worst costumer service ever! (Except for two workers.) Shame on this hotel..bad food, bad service, bad beach. Workers were rude. Even when we arrived to the hotel, our reservation was canceled, and they did not help us..belive it or not………
