We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee

I have visited various hotels in Turkey but they get better every time. We are family of 4 and booked the quad deluxe villa, which came with two rooms

A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks

The hotel is well maintained and looked after. All the staff work hard to please the guests and make their stay a holiday to remember A special thank you to Mr Isik for his kindness and generosity

I will be returning to this hotel again and will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a 5-star hotel!

Surely there are some deficiencies to be 5 star hotel but overall the hotel and money you spent are directly proportional. The location and pools are great, cleanliness and service also good enough

Food and pools were great Only little problem about serving but after breakfast they still have all day burgers ,gozleme and chips You can take soft drink all day as well There is long line at the drink and burger lines …

30 they have burgers,chips,pizzas,wraps,spaghetti,shawarma for those who do not prefer Turkish cuisine,also unlimited drinks,coffees,tea and hot chocolate throughout the day

The downside is that they do not explain anything and you just figure out yourself. Our rooms were cleaned daily!!towels where also changed and bottles of water,drinks where stored in the fridge in our rooms

My husband booked this hotel and I was a little scared after reading the reviews. Honestly don’t believe the reviews and be put of,people have their own opinions or it could be to put the resort down

I stayed here in 2019 and I'll be back! I loved everything! The grounds are large and beautiful, and the sea is right next to me! The rooms are very cozy and cleaned daily! We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Heaven Family & Spa Hotel in Alanya! The pool area is lovely — comfortable loungers and a great atmosphere to relax

I was drinking water and ayran during the whole time. The juice is all like squash, which is literally sweet water. The animation team was really friendly, and we enjoyed all the entertainment

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

The hotel offers also free transfers to and from the private beach that belongs to the hotel (Cleopatra beach nr6), you have a sunbed with matrass and parasol included and in your hotel room you'll also find XXL beach towels, what more can you wish for

We vacationed at Miarosa Konakli Garden from 2025. 22, we travel a lot and are not very pretentious travelers. Good hotel, clean rooms (we lived in 1004 and 1036), helpful staff, good and varied food

However, if we had booked and looked forward to this over a number of months I would have been really upset about the state of the hotel. The pool is a good size and the slides are great fun for the kids
