The staff tried very hard but was totally overwhelmed, mainly designed for Russian guests, also in terms of communication.
We had only eaten here for the first few days and since we were all sick only outside.
The beach stinks of fish which I thought was normal at first, but after we drove to Alanya and saw great clear water and clean sand gravel beach I have to criticize it.
The first day I just cried and just wanted to go to another hotel, but that was only possible against prepayment and we couldn't.
