ALGORA HALAL HOTEL - All inclusive in Alanya

Just returned from a 6 day stay with family at Algora. We booked directly with the hotel just weeks prior to its official opening and had detailed information from management about what would be available at the hotel. Unfortunately this hotel was a complete disappointment and none of what is advertised was actually available.
* There is no poolside cafe so for lunch you would need to go back inside the hotel and up to the 5th floor in your swimwear.
*No towels by the poolside, no sun loungers around children's pool and only a handful around the main pool.
*Rooftop open design restaurant was poorly designed, far too hot in the mornings with bugs flying over food and windy in the evening with food flying off tables. We had heavy rain one evening and the canteen was flooded.
* Extremely poor variety of food. The worst ive had at any all inclusive concept, often we had to eat out at the cafe outside the hotel.
*Bathroom design was a disaster. Shower is an open walk in shower and only has half a shower screen so the bathroom would be completely flooded after a shower and water would travel into the room.
* No towels in the bathroom (not even a hand towel). Often we had to hound reception for our room to be cleaned and towels to be provided in the bathroom.
*Technically just one lift in the whole hotel so was often a long wait.
*Beach was rocky and pebbly and not even worth a visit
* Lobby is only half the size it appears in social media images. I would liken Algora to a small city hotel with very limited facilities.
* No arcade/games centre or any kind of entertainment for children.
We have stayed at many halal hotels in Alanya and this was by far the worst. Unfortunately Algora was a complete shambles and we would not return again
