They showed us two rooms. The bright room was extremely cramped, and the relatively spacious room had a very poor facade. The cleanliness was average, but the breakfast was incredibly poor—simply awful. Everything was dry and stale. Overall, we were not satisfied.

The room was nice, I checked in early, and they immediately helped me. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem is that Mersin city center is a long walk away, and minibuses pass nearby. The first stop for minibuses to Tarsus is very close to the hotel. There are two doors, and I entered and exited through the first door at the back. That can be a bit unsettling. It's called "Hotel Street," which is deserted, but the front door directly overlooks the street, so it's better to enter and exit from there.

We stayed for two days for business. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and good. We had no problems in an unfamiliar city, thank you.

I specifically requested that my room not be entered or cleaned during my stay. Despite this, staff entered my room several times, even though the "Do Not Disturb" sign was hanging on the door.
This behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel and represents a serious breach of trust. If a guest desires privacy, it must be respected. This made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
I therefore cannot recommend this hotel.

Compared to other hotels, the breakfast variety was a bit more extensive. The location is also 50 meters from the main street, and buses are constantly passing by. The city center is 10 minutes from Forum Mersin. The staff is friendly. I would recommend it.

Nice hotel with kind staff and good food but rooms in a need of urgent repairs, for example: hair dryer wasn't working, shower cubicle was leaking and there were some mould patches in the bathroom.
