We checked into the hotel on January 12th at 8:00 AM. Our reservation included breakfast. The receptionist was unhelpful, saying our reservation was different. We had to eat breakfast outside in Girne. No one helped us by calling anyone. Also, on the evening of January 13th, despite paying for our stay, they refused to give us a game table in the hookah lounge, even though there were empty tables available. They claimed we had a reservation.

Terrible, rooms are not clean, bathroom is terrible, service is terrible, internet is terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. Breakfast is not edible.

There are few restaurants in the area that serve alcohol, so you'll have to go far away.
It's too far to walk, and there are few taxis, so it may be inconvenient for people who drink alcohol.
The staff were very kind and guided me to a place where I could buy alcohol in the evening.

The hotel is nice and clean, cumfortable beds. Only issues are the internet very slow otherwise good service.

The staffs were very helpful.the accommodation conditions was poor.rooms smells and very hot.the AC was noisy.

Standard economy room: torn curtains and bath towels, damaged laminate flooring, parking in front of the hotel but on the street (camera surveillance), very good breakfast buffet, friendly staff

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

The only shinning candle is Thier breakfast, but room wasn t ready even we arrived by 5 pm. Only 1 of Thier staff speaks English, only 1 electric plug in the room, TV room not working, don t take rooms in the next 7th floor as when breakfast started people start dragging Thier chairs and even you re heavy sleeper,you ll wake up and weak WiFi. For sure not worth the money you pay, and worst thing to do to yourself is to stay in there and last but not least,you have free unshading parking even there will be plenty of places available under shade but since it s free you can t park there. Never again !!!
