Super hotel! Thank you so much! The hotel is excellent, a true classic hotel! Everything was perfect! The reception staff responded quickly to everything! The General Manager was very polite and pleasant! The bellboy was super!

1. We immediately encountered problems upon check-in: the hotel didn't recognize our reservation, but we were able to check in 10 minutes later after searching for available rooms.
2. The room didn't match what we booked: it was smaller, had only one bed, a smaller bathroom, and a plastic shower. Everything else was in the room, so there were no major complaints.
3. The breakfast was meager. You have to make your own omelette, there's minimal choice, only tea for drinks, no coffee or juice, and only jams and preserves for sweets. The breakfast was disappointing.
4. Upon check-out, we were met with another surprise: they said the room wasn't paid for and we had to pay. We ended up waiting an hour for Trip.com support to resolve the issue. We had all the receipts, but they wouldn't let us go. They asked us to pay again by card.
5. Parking is right across the entrance, and cars are monitored.
6. The music in the hotel played very loudly until midnight.
7. And the most annoying thing, which is why we chose this hotel, was the spa center. We wanted to go there, but it's been closed for a long time, and we don't know when it'll reopen. There's no information on the website about it being closed. If we'd known that, we wouldn't have gone there. The room price is higher than other hotels.
8. The bathroom only has cold water; the hot water tap doesn't even run ice-cold, and that's it. The shower is completely leaky and doesn't flow properly.
Overall: problems with check-in and check-out, and the services advertised are not provided. I don't recommend it.

This is a very comfortable hotel whose staff attach great importance to luxury and customer friendliness, and there are no restrictions to call it one of the two hotels in Mersin

It is a very nice hotel and has 3 wedding halls. We held my brother's wedding here. It also has tolerant staff. We would like the prices to be more affordable.

I live next to the hotel and I used to book to my relatives and friends in this hotel, but since today i won’t ever do this again, I entered the hotel and asking for the price a blonde woman at the reception looking at me like She is disgusted, because im wearing a short and a sport tshirt, as well as her assistant, that was so rude of you and she just didn’t want to respond not even looking to my face while giving me the price because how i look, good for you ive been booking there because it is near my home it’s easier for my friends to find me for 2 years, i can assure that’s the first time i encounter this woman shame on the human recourse letting her on the reception, i booked in the last year for more than 10.000$, you had a big loss

Stayed one night on our way back from Cappadocia. Internet is stable, breakfast is good, rooms are clean. To the sea to go quite far. In general, its money is worth it.

Please do not stay here. Not a family place. I booked 3 days with this hotel to visit family. Right after i checked in my next door opened his door with a boxer and tried to invite us over to his room. My sister immediately advised me to leave the hotel. I checked out in less than 5 minutes. Please do not book here if youre a women and especially if youre going to stay alone.

For the name of the hotel I was disappointed
I stayed in a much lower rating hotels around the çarś and they still much better than liva hotel
You won't feel any luxury at this hotel
It's a three star hotel
Don't get wrong it's good hotel but not as rated or a four star hotel
The price doesn't reflect the provided services
For the breakfast most of the hot food was cold, disorganized layout. No clothing on the table
