Since the hotel is new, everything looks clean and neat, in this context, the cleanliness concern for hotels is not found in this place. There are suites in different concepts in the hotel and a very pleasant ambiance has been captured with the colors. We had the opportunity to experience the yellow and red suite. For others, they have to be a honeymoon couple or an artist, which is ridiculous! or we weren't enough of a special guest for them. The rooms are very comfortable and additional beds are available upon request. The bathroom has the option of a jacuzzi and a shower cabin. Since there are no windows in the sitting area of ​​the yellow suite, ventilation is very difficult for smoking. In the red suite, the noise from the air conditioner motor is disturbing. Since there is no sound insulation in the hotel, there is a noise problem and I think this is the biggest problem. You can hear the sound of music clearly from the rooms at events. The approach of the hotel management on this issue was very rude. It's funny that when we report the noise problem, they don't accept that they have nothing to do, but their experiences in the entertainment industry are praised. Their experience in this sector is not very useful in the field of hotel management, and it has not been learned that hotel customers will not be exposed to such discomforts during their resting time and that they should not be upset. Except for the ongoing renovations in the hotel during the day, it was unbearable when it was normal and exposed to such noise in the evening. It is absurd to expect care to be taken when we are of the opinion that the management no longer needs quiet customers and will fill the hotel with events in this way. Also, there is already an electrical problem. We changed the room because the air conditioner did not work during the day, but it was not a one-time event, and the air conditioner did not work until the end of the event at night. The breakfast options are quite adequate, in a gastronomic city, it does not stand out when there are so many flavors to experience all day. Despite the negativities, the only reason for our extended stay is because it is new, clean and comfortable.
