i booked Hotel For 30 butt I book in 29 Nigt 11:53 By Mistake after 1 Mints i call for change butt They said Change tomorrow Today i call And They Said Sorry We not Change If Want to Change You need To Change yesterday

The hotel is very bad and not clean at all, the service is very bad and the reception staff deal in an inappropriate manner and there is no respect from any employee working in this hotel and I do not advise anyone to go to this hotel. It was a very bad experience. I also found a valet parking sleeping inside my personal car and filed a complaint at the police station. Unfortunately I was going to have fun but it was a boring experience

HORRIBLE STAY.
I booked for 10 nights, but upon seeing the room, I cancelled.
The floor was extremely dirty.
My socks stuck to the floor, and they went from white to black.
The rail in the shower is broken.
The microwave did not work.
The AC—though nominally central—does not cool all rooms.
The kitchen is not cooled by AC.
The bedroom TV HDMI cable jack is broken and I was not able to use the TV from my computer.
I had to clean my room, spending over an hour just to clean the floor enough to walk on. The outside streets are more clean than the floors in your hotel.
Absolutely disgusting.
I think the Mourouj OWES ME aed 300 because I spent over an hour just to clean.

It's a best price with necessary facilities hotel. The location is great. The staffs are very friendly. There is a possibility to call the local restaurants and stores to deliver directly to hotel. It has lacking the breakfast facility but you can have in Al Nakheel hotel close by in the discounted rate.
