There were some issues with preparing our room, but they were resolved quickly. The food was amazing, and the location was very convenient — the beach and the airport were both nearby.

We had a pleasant stay at Crown plaza, Staff were very supportive I would like to mention about Mr. Tulasi (room service guy) who provided us great service. Rooms and amenities are top notch and are well maintained

The location is not in the center but is very close to the airport which is great. For a business trip this is an ideal place. The hotel restaurant for dinner is very good. We did not try the breakfast.

I booked this hotel for a duration of 2 nights, and the experience was truly remarkable. We were assigned upgraded rooms located on the 2nd floor, offering either a sea or lake view

The real highlight for me, however, was the spectacular view of the Formula 1 race track—watching cars zip by from the comfort of the balcony was something truly special, even during non-race events and practice sessions

This hotel is located right next to the F1 track in Abu Dhabi, and the building itself is very striking. The rooms directly face the track, so even without a race, you can still soak up some of the atmosphere

If you want a good view of the circuit from your room, it's best to request a room on the third floor or higher. During the Chinese New Year, there were many Chinese guests, and we even received special chocolate gifts

Breakfast gets very crowded, but you get a great view of a large section of the racetrack, which is fantastic. The shuttle service to the theme parks is very convenient and available at all times

The pan-fried dumplings were the most popular; a fresh plate would be half-gone by the time I looked away. You can order eggs made to your liking; I had Eggs Benedict two days in a row

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location right on the Yas Marina Circuit. However, our room was on the second floor, and the large balcony obstructed the view of the track

Taxis to the Grand Mosque and the Louvre Abu Dhabi take about 20 minutes and cost around 40 AED. Dining: The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and tasted good

Transportation: There's a shuttle bus to Yas Island's theme parks, running twice a day. The palace and presidential palace are within walking distance

The gym had plenty of equipment and was rarely crowded. The room was tidy and clean, the service was excellent, and the internet speed was super fast

Service: Five-star standard service. Breakfast: Besides noodles and Indian flatbread, there wasn't much Asian variety

The huge green area in front is well maintained, the beach is nice and clean, though gets crowded at times so pick your spot earlier

The reception team rejected my free stay, which had been declared by the Abu Dhabi government, and forced me to pay; then they said, "Yes, as per the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi, we can cover your stay

Given the positioning and reputation of the property, there is perhaps an opportunity to introduce more distinctive or memorable touchpoints that elevate the sense of discovery and excitement for guests

The quality of materials and finishing throughout the resort is evident, and it is clear that significant investment has gone into creating a luxurious physical environment

That said, while the resort is expansive, the overall range of facilities and experiential elements did not feel as extensive or surprising as I had initially imagined

I patiently explained that in Chinese culture, we prefer hot water before meals, but the waitress’s response was condescending, as though she couldn’t comprehend this simple request

As someone who has lived abroad for over a decade, I understand the importance of cultural sensitivity, but what transpired felt more like an intentional disregard for our presence

Upon arrival at Cho Gao, the first waitress who served us displayed a level of indifference and rudeness that left us feeling unwelcome

The hotel also has its own hydroponic vegetable room. Breakfast was rich and varied, the beach was incredibly white, and the ocean water was stunning. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope to visit again

Also they have adult sections at the beach and pool which is so good! And lifeguards even adhere to those rules, say if a kid wants to jump from the edge into the adult pool they will tell the kid politely to leave

Beautiful location on Saadiyat beach. Venue is beautiful and amenities fantastic. Its very kid friendly with a special area dedicated for kids. Additionally there is an adult only pool

My all time fav hotel in UAE! It is a must every summer as it has one of the nicest beaches in the country. Hotel is beyond amazing with great staff and food.

I asked for a high floor if possible. On arrival we were upgraded to a huge two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of the 62(?) floor east residences bldg. Check in was reasonably quick

Also, the elevator doesn't go directly to the 10th floor; you have to transfer once, which was annoying. Another strange thing is that neither Google Maps nor Amap could navigate directly to the hotel

The service at CONRAD Hotel is excellent. The room attendant, Maya, was very meticulous in cleaning the room and even folded towels into a swan shape, which my child absolutely loved

My only negatives with the apartment were the faulty Bose sound system in the lounge room, the low water pressure in the apartment and the really bright sensor activated "night" lights that come on when you enter the bathrooms in the dead of night

The hotel's exterior and lobby are grand and impressive, and the free access to the observation deck is a nice bonus. Getting there the first time was a bit confusing with the navigation, but it was easy after that

The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced. Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers

As soon as you arrive at the beach, someone immediately helps you set up your lounge chairs and even brings chilled water, which is incredibly thoughtful! Whatever you need in your room, you can just call them, and they'll do their best to help resolve it

We enjoyed our stay and would return but there were some issues. This is more of a family hotel. On the plus side the beach area and pools were lovely with great poolside bars with excellent food and waiting staff
