Great Hotel
The superior rooms have all been newly furnished and feature clean sheets that meet Hilton’s high standards. The bed is a firm memory foam mattress — very supportive and great for the back.

There’s a convenient 2-in-1 washer and dryer in the room, although washing powder isn’t provided. You can easily find some at the supermarket downstairs.

Awesome gym at the top.

The location is somewhat convenient — not ideal for walking since it’s a bit far from main attractions, but bus routes nearby make it easy to get around.

Overall, a pleasant stay and highly recommended for its good value and easy access to public transport.

The whole staff is very professional and kind and made us feel very welcomed from the first moments. Especially Iqbal who helped us so kindly with the parking. The room was super clean and we had a very pleasant stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Al Nahkeel Hotel Apartments. The room was large and spacious, with a comfortable hall and a well-equipped kitchen. It had everything needed for cooking — a cooking range, microwave, dining table, plates, and vessels were all available.

The location is very convenient, close to the bus station, mall, and other facilities. Overall, a great place to stay

My recent stay at Al Nakheel Hotel Apartments in Downtown Abu Dhabi was truly a revelation. This hotel not only offers cozy apartments but also creates an atmosphere where every guest feels at home.
Let’s start with the location: conveniently located near major shopping malls and supermarkets, the hotel is perfect for both business trips and family vacations. Upon entering our apartment, we were struck by its spaciousness and style. The new furniture was not only elegant but also incredibly comfortable, fostering a sense of homely warmth. The fully equipped kitchen was a delightful addition, allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals in a cozy setting.
However, the true excellence of Al Nakheel Hotel Apartments shines through in the quality of service. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine friendliness by the reception staff—Glieza, Hesham, and Ann. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made us feel like we were in the care of thoughtful friends.
I would like to extend a special thanks to the housekeeping team: Shushila, Usman, Renuka, Dewesh, Bishnu, Oddav, and Nirmal, under the guidance of Baiju. Their daily cleaning was exemplary—swift, thorough, and professional. Every corner of our room sparkled with cleanliness, highlighting the attention to detail that is so valued in the hospitality industry.
I must also commend the work of the concierges—Deepu and Joji—as well as the security officer Niraj Kumar, who created an atmosphere of safety and care. Their friendliness and readiness to help made our stay even more comfortable.
The technical support team, represented by Ronaldo, Niha, and Rayees, worked seamlessly and efficiently, addressing all our concerns promptly. Special recognition goes to Nihal, the maintenance engineer, Baiju, the housekeeping manager, and Jaideve Parmar, the IT In charge.
Finally, I want to highlight the General Manager, Mr. Ghassan Nehme. His dedicated work and attention to every guest make Al Nakheel Hotel Apartments a truly unique place. There is an atmosphere here that invites you to stay longer, largely thanks to his leadership.

Visited with family for 5 nights. Hotel apartment is located centrally and near to most of restaurants. Rooms were neat and clean. Only issue is parking, the hotel does not have a dedicated parking for guests. Still, the staff at front desk, bell boys and security is very very helpful and they assist for parking. They manage to park at vacant spots and get the car to the hotel when needed. All you have to do is pay for the parking via app or SMS. They also dont have a restaurant but all deliveries through talabat took uneer 30 minutes. Over all happy with the stay.

I recommend it for family and long-term stays as they have complete amenities and a fully furnished apartment. Location value is the best for this hotel, near in everything.

A very nice experience. Tastey Food, Have South and North Indian Cousins, offer a variety of options to start the day right. Overall, Al Nakheel Hotel Apartments is perfect for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended!
