The location is excellent, right next to the WB Hotel. You can go to the WB Hotel for breakfast, and Warner Bros. World is just outside the WB Hotel. It's also not far from Yas Waterworld, easily accessible on foot. For Ferrari World and SeaWorld, you can take the free shuttle bus.
Location/Cons: No view outside the window, only a construction site.
Facilities/Pros: Has a washing machine, sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, etc., all very convenient; the sofa bed is large and comfortable.
Service/Cons: When booking on Trip.com, I noted that I needed the sofa bed prepared in advance, but it wasn't. I also mentioned this at the front desk, but no one came to set it up promptly. Only after calling from the room again did someone come to make the bed. The front desk staff's attitude was generally rather cold.
Value for money/Cons: At a price of about 2500 RMB/night, it didn't include theme park tickets because it was booked through an agency. The booking itself also didn't include breakfast. Overall, the value for money is actually not high; I'd suggest considering other hotels.
Breakfast/Cons: The front desk recommended buying breakfast separately, which was apparently 600 AED for 6 people (3 people * 2 days). Breakfast was at the adjacent hotel, with a very high proportion of children, making it noisy and quite messy. Service staff were inefficient or understaffed, leading to overall slow operations. The tables and chairs weren't clean. The breakfast content was also very mediocre.
Service: The service was good, but there was very little tissue and shampoo in the room, and they ran out on the first day.
Environment: The hotel environment is average, but the upside is its close proximity to WB, which is very convenient.
