Service is the heart of hospitality and sadly there was a complete lack of attention to guest care and professionalism. The reception experience was particularly disappointing. Instead of feeling welcomed, the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The receptionist was not helpful and did not handle my conversations in a professional or courteous manner.
From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. My reservation clearly included parking, yet when we got there, we were told there was no parking available. This forced us to drive around the streets for more than three hours looking for a spot.
Service:
We requested an early check-in and were told over the phone that we could come after 12 PM. However, when we arrived, we ended up waiting for more than an hour just to check in. Completely unorganized.
Room amenities:
Very poor. No toothbrush, no shower cap, no slippers, and even the coffee provided was low quality.
Overall, it was a bad experience and the staff were extremely unhelpful.
However, the biggest problem was the parking. When I booked, it said there was public parking available with a charge, which I was happy to pay for. But when I arrived, I was shocked to find that although parking is technically “available,” it’s almost impossible to find a space! I had to drive around the area for nearly an hour each time just to find a spot on a side street. It was very exhausting every time I returned to the hotel.
I’m not sure whether this issue is with the hotel or with Trip.com, but the information about parking was not made clear at all
