I recently had a great experience at this hotel and just wanted to share how impressed I was. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything we needed.
A special thank you to Fayaz and Abbas from the Banquet Team, they were absolutely fantastic. You can really see the effort and hard work they put in, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice when staff take real pride in what they do.
Also, the Ramadan Iftar buffet, easily one of the best I’ve had. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented.
Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing hospitality.

We had our Iftar today at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi, and it was a wonderful experience. All the food was amazing and the variety was great. The staff were very kind, attentive, and the service was excellent.
Despite the emergency alert earlier, the team handled the situation very professionally and reassured all the guests about our safety. Because of their calm and supportive approach, we were still able to relax and truly enjoy our Iftar.
