A special thank you to Fayaz and Abbas from the Banquet Team, they were absolutely fantastic. You can really see the effort and hard work they put in, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always nice when staff take real pride in what they do.
Also, the Ramadan Iftar buffet, easily one of the best I’ve had. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and everything was beautifully presented.
Overall, a wonderful stay with amazing hospitality.
Despite the emergency alert earlier, the team handled the situation very professionally and reassured all the guests about our safety. Because of their calm and supportive approach, we were still able to relax and truly enjoy our Iftar.

During the recent US–Israel–Iran situation, our travel plans were unexpectedly disrupted, and Etihad Airways quickly arranged this wonderful hotel for us on the very same day. We couldn’t have been more grateful for how smoothly everything was handled during such a stressful time.
The hotel truly felt like a five-star experience. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, secure, and well connected, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay.
What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff-to-guest ratio was impressive — there were always plenty of warm, welcoming team members available to help. From reception to room service to the restaurant staff, everyone provided outstanding customer service and genuine kindness.
All meals were included — late-night dinner, breakfast, lunch, and dinner — and the food was amazing. High-quality, fresh, and with plenty of variety. Special mention to Abdullah from the breakfast buffet, who was attentive, professional, and made sure guests were well taken care of.
This hotel is a high-value option for families, kids, and travelers of all kinds. Abu Dhabi is such a strategic and well-organized city, and this hotel is truly a great place to stay. We are very thankful for the experience and would highly recommend it.

I had a small concern regarding my room, and it was handled immediately — they changed the room very quickly without any hesitation, which made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. What I appreciated the most is that they never ignored my feedback; responsiveness really makes a difference.
A special mention to the hotel manager, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. While I was sitting in the lobby, it felt quite cold, and when I mentioned it, he personally took action and lowered the air conditioning right away. It may seem like a small gesture, but it truly meant a lot to me.
