I would especially like to appreciate Janina for her outstanding customer-friendly service. She was very polite, attentive, and welcoming, which made a big difference in our experience. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out.
Overall, a great place with professional staff and excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend Al Manhal Centro Hotel and Restaurant and look forward to visiting again.
The service truly stood out. The Filipina receptionist on duty was incredibly accommodating and friendly, allowing us to check in smoothly upon our arrival at noon. Breakfast was also a highlight, particularly for health-conscious guests, as the salad bar was fresh and had plenty of variety.
The location is very convenient. There is a large shopping mall nearby where you can exchange money and buy anything you might need.
Housekeeping deserves a special mention. The room was cleaned perfectly. I personally saw the cleaning process, and the staff member named Adib did an excellent job — everything was spotless, neat and very comfortable to stay in.
Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet is excellent: a wide variety of food, very tasty, fresh and well organized.
Overall, this hotel is definitely worth staying at, whether you are traveling for business or tourism. I would gladly recommend it.
