Everything was good. Unfortunately, I had noisy neighbors who were playing music late at night. I had to go down to the reception and ask them to resolve the issue, and about 20 minutes later the music stopped

I stayed here for four months due to work. While some of the room facilities are a bit dated, the staff are exceptionally helpful. Pharees, in particular, was outstanding. He was attentive to guests’ needs and proactive in offering assistance. He provided tremendous help with my luggage and navigating city transportation, which made a real difference during my stay. It's one of the best hotel apartments in Alsharja. The rooms are very nice, the living room is good and the kitchen is good. Everything in the apartment is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants and caffee shops around the hotel. They have their own parking spot under the hotel. The place is nice and safe.
