Ewan Ajman Suites Hotel in Ajman City

I am currently staying at the hotel and it's the worst experience I've ever had.

I tried the adventure of using few times the Kitchen... I had to stop because you can't actually see the intensity of the heat and sometimes it feels like the whole kitchen will burn!! The kitchen is old and damaged... I have had to eat outside every single day. First day I asked them if they could provide a pan.... even worst!! See the pictures...

Then you have the breakfast - which I have it included on my rate... there is only Indian food available. That's it. Few boiled eggs that doesn't smell good, and some croissants and bread from the day before or maybe 2 days before...and the water dispensers are in bad condition. The only good thing is that the Kitchen can prepare an egg omelette...but bare in mind that the Executive Chef will look at you with bad eye, like you are asking for too much already...

They say they clean your dishes, basically I only use the glasses, then I realize they use Shampoo as dish washer 😂😂 (again see the pictures)

The reception and housekeeping guys try to accommodate with whatever they can, but it's very clear that this is a management issue - the hotel seems to be abandoned. - How do I know? - This morning I spoke to reception team, and they put me on the phone with the Operations Manager. He said he'll call me by 12.30 /13.00 to meet me at the hotel reception and help me sort out the situation, even though he said "but Sir you know this is hotel apartment..." not sure what does mean... Anyways, I was waiting for his call at the hotel, then at the reception until about 14.30, he called at 15.15 when I was already out looking for something to eat and do other stuff...

I've never seen such a mess honestly... maybe another day I will post about the other business they are running on the Top Floor, but I prefer even not to mention here...

For the money I've spent eating outside and how I feel here, I could have gone for an apartment hotel with better services and room equipment. I feel really bad about having stayed here, but the worst thing is the disrespect I've felt from the Operations Manager and Executive Chef... No one deserves such treatment. Really sad.

The hotel furniture is unfortunately old, especially the bed, which was uncomfortable and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was not suitable for showering due to water leakage. The elevators are slow and take a long time to arrive. However, check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.

I was there for 8 days i paid 260 per day. Its very expensive. I don't like the room service,
They need to be strict about cleaning. Some cleaner don't do their job's properly. After they removed the dirty and finish toiletries, they leave it empty.i need to call reception always whenever i needed. If they put they not put complete set. Some garbage not removed. They need to upgrade their breakfast menu that are suitable for all nationalities. Not just for only Indian people. For my 8 days i always see same menu. I try to request i called reception and restaurant. But the next day nothing. They need replace the cooking appliance. Need fix the room light because it's dark. Need fix windows lock even its high but for our safety. Need fix the toilet sink because it's moving i almost fell. Its dangerous for kids id they suddenly slipped out and hold it.
